@@LividLibruh I’m American working on going there too, but the friends I’ve made all say the same; Ottawa’s English, Gatineau’s French. Seems to be that so long as you stay South of the river, you’re good to go if you’re not bilingual.
Everything you said in the video actually turns me off. Going in the wrong direction. Too much emphasis on technology, too expensive to live there actually, and ruining the uniqueness of the city with all the development. Stop paving over nature. Work on self-sustainability.
