I was at a park in Dublin Ohio for the eclipse in the path of totality. It looked like something from the halo series. The sky in like a span of 14 mins or so went from a sunny day to almost as dark as night time and looking up at it without the need for the glasses for three while minutes was so cool. It was like the sun was black and had a white and black halo all around it and I could see some red spots on the lower left of the sun. Hope I remember what it looks like for a long time.

I have watched every episode of The Check-In, and I gotta say, that segment at the end around 1:19:00 where Joey describes his post show coke routine and how his Colombian coke dealer would wad up the coke and throw it on the floor in a napkin, and Joey would step on it and slickly pick it up, was the funniest 2 minutes in Check In history. I havent laughed that hard at a computer screen in a long time. Also probably the biggest smile I've seen from Joey on Check In. Thats the Joey Diaz gold we all tune in for. Keep it up guys.

Uncle Joey & Lee you guys got any advice for people with anxiety who struggle enjoying weed like not being able to have fun inside cause of high thoughts but also being too intimidated by social anxiety to go out after smoking even just a bowl?
If it's that bad I would say maybe just don't fck with it.
Either smoke less or change weed, you’re getting too high dude. No one cares about what you’re doing. Just smoke less and don’t get too far into your own rabbit hole in your head. It doesn’t help you to get into that mindset, I understand the anxiety part, but the only way to get past it is to get out there and face the world. It ain’t that bad, start with your interests and work from there, chance is your gonna find a group of friends and they will help you out too. Don’t live exclusively in your head, it’s not good for you bud.
Some or take less if its making you jumpy. Research the strain too. Some can only smoke indica, some only smoke Sativa, some prefer hybrids, and some people just aren't in the headspace to smoke or its not for them.
Main thing, try not to overthink and pre plan for that. Have a good movie on, or good music, something to keep your mind one something funny or easy to listen/watch. Don't be smoking and going into a quiet room or going out in the public unless you've built up a tolerance and totally at ease getting high.
