This brought me to tears...For me, perhaps no other Dylan song is so well rounded in its ability to display Dylan's unique genius. The simple to play, but difficult to capture guitar part drives the lyrics onward in a way that no other song I'm aware of does. It pushes you past line after brilliant line of the love Bob felt for someone fictitious or perhaps real.
It was Dylan's talent that made me cry, but I blame it on this performance. They did it justice.

Yeah. She shouldn't have changed it. Joan Baez covered Dylan all her life but she never changed the pronouns. The song's perfection lies in the originality unless something less important is offered in lyrical changes.
