any good for pedals that leak with no signal going through it? eg. you can still hear the phasing sound of the electro harmonix bad stone (smaller enclosure version) when there's no signal going through.
Wouldnt the noise gate being after the distortion would lessen the distortion? Arent noise gates better at the start of the chain to supress the noise before it even hits distortions?
The Rowin Noise Gate is a re-branded Mooer. Not a single part is different from the Mooer. Mooer make the same pedal for over 25 brands last count. The circuit is virtually the same as ISP Decimator. In short the pedal is steal at the price.

Yes, especially for single coils. You can provide shieldings inside the guitar cavity to reduce the hum. Same case with my guitar, that is why I used Noise Gate Pedal to eliminate that buzz/humm sound even if I use Distortion Pedals. Hope I answered your question correct. Thanks and Stay Safe.

Not really. You’ll get more signal noise from unclean power coming from the wall, and ambient interference than just about anything else. Shielding/grounding and power source is most important.
