@@amirjn9820 at my guitar pinnacle, I was at best lower level of intermediate players. And I had to practice difficult songs for months and months..(difficult for me) For example, it took 6 months to learn Slash's studio version of Godfather theme song and months to get almost half of "Black star" by Yngwie. And once I didn't practice it for a little while, I forgot Black star right away 🤬

Someone sent me a link that was Racer X and I talked a lot of smack about it. I can't remember what song it was was but I did not believe that someone could play that kind of stuff twice. I now believe that Paul Gilbert is the greatest guitarist of all time.

This is THE definitive version of the song (and especially the solo). I love your stuff Paul but this is my pinnacle. Maybe not yours. Certainly mine. All solos I discover have to measure against this.
