Prior to working his magic, the condo had been sitting on the market, deterring homebuyers with oversized, dated furniture that didn’t match the price point. By decluttering and introducing modern, bright furniture and decor Barrinuevo was able to help buyers visualize their lives in the condo.

This has got to be best staging 101 video I've seen. Match your furniture to your asking price. Match your staging to the lifestyle the property & location offers. Make sure your furniture fits the space! Light & lighting. Show the lay out of the property to advantage.

Did not like the choice of Decore
No…but represents the demographic of ppl around the area, likely. Very office like and cold feel to it. Most ppl seem to like everything white washed looking. The gold at the start is kinda hideous in my mind…but I’m seeing a lot of it in home goods type stores. Not a fan lol. I like things that age well-farmhouse style not super modern feel that will be out of style in a year or two…I feel like a nice farmhouse style appeals to a lot of ppl. I put this on as I’m staging my house. I think SMELL is super overlooked. I put a pot of cinnamon and vanilla on my wood stove before showings. It gives it a warm smell like something baking. Guess I’m young but old school :)
