Dude is in excellent shape and this is good usable information. I am not where he is -YET- but I am much closer than even just 6 months ago. I will be there in 90 days or bust.
I did bodybuilding for years and years am a builder so last couple of year I been doing full body workouts 2 excersices per muscle group then cardio day after then full body again etc 5 times a week but now I like it sometimes upper Monday full leg Tuesday wensday hit Thursday off Friday upper Saturday bit everything but I going to do full body 1 bodypart each muscle then hit day after then full body but differant everytime excersise day off repeat so 5 days week Thursday Sunday off I leaner now just better toned than bulky

Don't forget the freakish genetics. Statham was a commonwealth diver, most people don't have the genetics to be an elite athlete, no matter how much they do.

Statham really is eating that much in one day and has such a flat belly !!! I think this is a joke , if you eat so much and often you will be seriously ill !
All the guessing his bodys doing its never developed shoulders, chest, legs, bis, tris, back... Seems like hes not built anything and just stayed very skinny. But develops good nitrogen balance when introducing peds both movies
