The blue jackets need that little "broken horn" crack at the beginning
I wanted to include it but every atkinson goal that fit with the NHL 16 goal didn't have it. Sometimes it doesn't do it but I know that the authentic Jackets goal horn has that pitch change sound.
Love that the real audio is synced with the gameplay, solid video.
Sometimes they say the wrong score though
+Mr Snapz doesnt matter as long as we get to hear the comparisons of the real life goal horns and the ones in the game, is all that matters to me.
FYI: I did not cover the authentic goal songs because most of them were already outdated as soon as the 2015-016 season started. EA obviously never asked the teams if they were going to change their goal song before licensing all of these Also, I understand that some songs are expensive to license and EASPORTSNHL do not have a huge budget like FIFA. There are no excuses for the inaccurate goal horns, though.
At least the songs for the most part are somewhat accurate, despite being outdated.
+Nolan Kadinger Sorry a lot of them are outdated, not most of them. It's still disappointing how they paid for some of these songs and about a month later they were already inaccurate.

I'm so glad that you rated these horns. You really graded these horns and described what was wrong with the horns very well. As much as I want the proper goal horns in NHL 17, I also really hope that NHL 17 has a yelling Emrick as well as well as crowd chants. It would be very awesome if during a long puck possession I hear "Let's go bolts" repeated until the action dies down.

+megacanucksrule Gotta keep in mind that this isn't the normal EA, but rather EA Canada, and one could assume they wouldn't have as much money as the normal EA.

First I love how you add broadcast audio from the live the broadcasts from the NHL even though the goal horns are 10/10.
Second: I'm a die hard Jets fan, You could've added Dennis Beyak instead of any of the sportsnet commentators for the Jets goal correction, Making it more exciting. Although TSN 3 broadcasted 60 Winnipeg Jets games and more than 30 were at home. I like how you used the audio in Game 3 of the 2015 NHL playoffs between the Jets and Ducks.
Third: I love how you used the French commentator audio For the Habs.
Fourth. Is it just me or the Pens horn is like it keeps bending? 😂
The Rangers goal horns first blast should be a little deeper and more crisp in it.

for the la kings goal horn, the pitch sounds lower during telecasts because the horn is actually too loud for viewers and the commentators. NBC, CBC/SN and the regional station will lower the surrounding volume and up the volume for play-by-plays. When you go to the game, it actually sounds a lot like EA's interpretation. 9/10
Now if only we could get this for AHL and other leagues... And maybe even authentic goal songs.

in my opinion i feel the AHL should be using the NHL affiliate horn because there suppose to prepare for the NHL
Evan Donnelly The horn is the tiniest detail when going from AHL to NHL. It doesn't make a difference.

EA made a lot of improvements from last year. Most of the horns now just need some tweaking.

Looks like most of these need a more powerful, crisp sound. I can't imagine how awesome it would be to score a big goal in NHL 17 and have a menacing, loud, powerful horn and a crazy crowd. Really hope this video gets attention like it did last year, cause goal horns and songs are a huge part of in game experience.

Here's my dream goal horn. The Atlanta Thrashers 2 blasts in reverse with the Washington Capitals Siren. And the goal song is Thunderstruck by AC/DC.

I've been to flyers games some places in the Fargo you can't even hear the horn well and sound just like nhl 16 recording but sit behind the goalies and sounds like the actual recording you have after the nhl 16 recording

I have a few things but overall the analysis is pretty dead on:
I think for the Florida horn, it sounds computer generated and needs a lot more fullness, I think that's some of what it's missing
Edmonton's could be a bit tinnier but wouldn't be mad if it wasn't changed
The pitch in San Jose's is actually a bit too high, needs to come down a hair

Definitely significant progress compared to last year. Glad my rangers have the horn and song completely accurate! I'm sure EA will improve all of the inaccuracies. They probably have a lot of legal bs to go through to be able to use the horn/song.

Panthers and wild horns are a recording of the ATLANTA Thrashers horn
The Islanders had a 2-chime horn mounted in the Coliseum before they moved to the city. The Barclays introduced a higher-pitched 2-chime horn used on the subways (/watch?v=FvDQdFItyVg) to acclimate the Long Island fans to Brooklyn, but that was disastrous (for lack of a better term). In the Barclays, the horn was a recording of the original, much like the Rangers'. I wonder if the Isles have the actual horn back by now
I know that some of the goal horns are messed up, but is anyone else noticing what the AI is doing on a lot of these goals?
It's on rookie mode so obviously the AI isn't very effective on these goals.

Some teams used The Whip as their goal song in the audio from NHL 16. For IRL should be just the Columbus Blue Jackets.
In NHL 15 for PS3 and XBOX 360, They can put a personalized goal horns, goals songs, and more!
