It sounds very Mozartian. If I didn't know that it was found with Beethoven's works and the video just said flute sonata in B flat with no mention of the composer, I would have guessed late Mozart due to the fact that the complexity lies in simple motifs and repetition and Alberti bass is a common rhythm in the piece and, just the way that the piano part sounds gentle and happy and the flute accents that feeling. That and it is uncommon for me to see Presto in a Mozart piece and this has no presto. Quite often, when I listen to a Beethoven piece, there is a presto somewhere, even if it is just a section and not like a whole movement. Beethoven also quite often sounds very emotional. Not so with this flute sonata.
Caters Carrots No this is a very early work by beethovem composed in 1792 ,this piece was found in his papers and wasent published until 1919. Mozart amd hayden were big influences on early beethoven ,they were keen on following the classical style , when beethoven published his 3 symphony then it was ground breaking because it broke many precedents and rules of the previous music
@@adamgulley1399 Even Beethoven's most classical pieces are more melancholic than this very galant piece. Anh 4 is either unique among Beethoven's works or it's misattributed. Compare this to WoO26 and WoO37, also flute pieces. They are quite different.
To me it seems this not Van Beethoven, neither Mozart. It is full of awkward and incorrect features that point to a minor composer who stays anonimous.

Where did you find the sheet music?
Most sheet music can be found on the IMSLP website. imslp.org/wiki/Flute_Sonata_in_B-flat_major%2C_Anh.4_(Beethoven%2C_Ludwig_van)
