They didn't puff up as much if you missed out the drying process. Some might end up very hard.

love you channel, i have found that from watching you pork scratching's vlog is that in the Ninja Grill there is a drip tray for the fat to drop into, if you use standard oven you have to use a tray that allows fat to drip through onto a tray or bowl, because if you just use a normal tray for a oven the pork scratchings just sit in the fat and do not get crispy, i really wish you would show this on the vlog. The Ninja grill has a tray to collects all the fat, that's why there so crispy.

Hi I tried making these great when they come out of the oven but they didn't retain their crispness I put them back in the oven and they burnt! Going to try another batch fingers crossed🤞🏾

Interesting that they don’t expand as much when compared to frying
    Looks good either way

Are they still selling the pork skin in Morrisons? I've checked a few local stores (Heywood and Warrington) and can't see them anywhere. I'm desperate to try this recipe 😂

I think they’ve stopped selling it. I’m going to try these by cutting the skin off a pork shoulder instead and cooking the shoulder separately in a slow cooker.

@@jimw6659 Ahh that's a shame they've stopped selling it. I'm going to buy a sharp knife and try your idea. Slow cooked pork sounds yummy.

They still sell it. You might have to ask at the butchers counter as not all stores package it for the shelves. I've just picked up two packs for only 20p each so I'm freezing it for now.

@@Dystopianutopiabuilds So inexpensive, yet so tasty. Thanks for your reply. I'll ask at butcher's counter when next in the store.

It's cheaper to make them at home, although I do love the butchers ones!

My butcher doesn't sell them. And the branded ones in the supermarkets contain lots of nasties
