0:17 The best cheese on keto
    0:27 Benefits of 100% grass-fed cheese
1:41 How much cheese can I eat on keto?
In this video, we’re going to talk about eating cheese on a ketogenic diet. The good news is that you’re free to enjoy cheese on keto, you just need to choose the best cheese.
Oftentimes, labels like “natural” and “organic” can be misleading and confusing. "Natural" actually means nothing and "organic" means without pesticides. When choosing a cheese, look for something that is grass-fed. 100% grass-fed organic cheese is the best cheese on keto. Always choose whole milk cheese, not low-fat.
100% grass-fed cheese provides the following nutrients:
    •Fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, K2
    •Omega-3 fatty acids
•Essential fatty acids (CLA, DHA, EPA, ALA)
    •Bioavailable calcium
    •B vitamins, especially B12
    •Protein
Some people get constipated if they consume too much cheese. Limit your cheese intake to 3 to 4 ounces per meal to avoid this problem.

I love how every time i have a question or need to know more about something you mention in one of your vlogs and I decide to go look it up to expand my knowledge on the topic you pop up in the search option... and it becomes my first choice!
With so much information on YT you have to examine everything carefully to know who really know what they are saying from who is just repeating medical myth.
Knowledge is the key to open doors, but understanding allow you to walk through it!
I've learned a great deal from your videos to make a more informed decision regarding my health.
    Thanks for sharing.

You need to update the cheese video. I just got back Stateside after living in Paris for over a year and discovered there is a lot more to cheese than just whether it is grassfed. Cow's milk can be divided into two distinct groups based on the type of casein contained: A1 and A2. While in France and Switzerland, the milk and milk products ( cheese, butter, yogurt, etc. ) I consumed were, for the first time in my life, of the A2 Casein type. The difference in my ability to comfortably digest A2 products was remarkable. When I moved back to the USA, it took 3 days for me to develop dairy digestion problems again. 3 days. I'd love to hear Dr. Berg's take on the issue, and perhaps discuss cheeses from goat's milk and sheep's milk as well. Thanks, Team Berg!

I work for a company that uses 'Natural'. And indeed, that doesn't mean anything well-defined.
Then 'organic' has a very specific meaning here in Europe. It does guarantee (it's even a state guarantee) grass-fed, and that during winter, the cows are mainly given grass-based foods.

Same with any 'snacks' and ice cream. I don't do 'snacks' but HIDE the ice cream from me.

@Dr. Eric Berg DC, But you never mentioned what kinds of cheese you eat everyday... I heard it was Petite Basque, (can you confirm?) but what other cheeses are a good way to walk the path needed to "work up" to tolerating that Petit Basque smell? And can other people smell you all day afterwards? Thank you! I'm much obliged! Merry Christmas! 🎄🎁🎅⛄❄🎁🎄💕💕

Thank you very much for your video but I would lile to make a point: I believe that most people following keto including me of course, can't even afford to buy cheese labelled as organic.

I just started ketogenic diet yesterday. What I don't understand is Cheddar cheese is good for keto, but I read the ingredients that it was made with cornstarch which is a no no for keto diet. This diet is hard, we can easily eat the wrong food!!

I love Brie or Camembert cheese. I eat them like protein bars before going into the gym.

Similarly" full synthetic "motor oil means little if anything. 100% synthetic means that it is a true chemically engineered synthetic motor oil.
