The RH - soh toh di mi
LH - la re soh
It’s actually like playing a secondary dominant before arriving at your destination chord (the 2 chord)
Basically he’s doing a minor 2 - 5-1 but omitting the two chord and basically doing 5-1 ...(using A flat minor as the tonic or destination chord )
But looking at it n the key of F sharp ihe is doing a 3-6-2 movement but omitting the 3 and just doing a 6-2
Don’t know if this makes it clearer for us theory junkies
