Its because this is old, nya and lloyd weren't ninjas back then.
In the show, Nya and Lloyd don't start as ninja's, Nya starts as a sem-er-I , and Lloyd starts as a kid and evil, until he is found out to be the green ninja, and all the ninjas, not including Nya, got a little older in season two after being turned into babies, and now Lloyd is his age as we know it, the ride is based off the show, not the movie since the movie was rebooted into a whole new story

Okay, normally I would say I love this (I do. Trust me, I do), but there are quite a few critical mistakes that make this less awesome than it potentially could be.
1- Where is Wu's beard?
2- Why isn't his staff made of bamboo?
3- His voice???
4- We WiLl TeSt YOur BaLanCe! *literally just stands on one leg* YOuR SpeEd! *does this weird thing with his hand* AnD *dodges- uh?- Something??* YouR AgIlLiTy!
5- Zane isn't a nindroid.
6- And this is the thing that bugged me most. Like, I liked the performance of all four ninja, BUT! (and that's a big BUT! No, not with the second t) They have none of the characteristics of the ninja in the show. Except maybe Jay. They acted like performers or gymnasts, not ninja. Heck, even in the SHOW when they were LITERALLY PREFORMING they worked more as a team than this.
7- Why the great devourer? Didn't Garmadon and the ninja destroy it in like, season 1? Can't it be Morro?
8- Where are Nya and Lloyd?
Okay, enough complaining, now for the things I love:
1- The drums.
2- "So, please, do not try these skills at home, without the permission of Sensei mom or Sensei dad" XD
3- Loved Kai's entrance because epic ninja moves + FIIIIIYYYYYYYYYUUUUUUUUUUAH + HOT PUNZ FROM SENSEI WU!
4- Extra punz and jokes for Zane's entrance + fake snow in the background + even awesomer ninja moves.
5- MORE PUNZ for Jay! + absolutely LOVED the way they portrayed his powers, with the lights flickering on and off. Plus more ninja moves!
6- Sorta mixed feelings about Cole's entrance. It doesn't show his powers much, except maybe his earth punch. Other than that, PUNZ AND NINJA MOVES! AGAIN!
7- MORE NINJA MOVES!
8- 4D!
9- If Jay falling on his butt was intentional, this just made my day! It is so in-character for him! XD
10- CONFETTI! AND SMOKE(?)! YES!
So all in all, the pros outweigh the cons.

Zane IS a Nindroid, for one. Did you watch anywhere past half-way through season 2?
The only thing about Zane that was inaccurate is that he isn't black, but technically they're all yellow so- we'll just ignore that.
