    Koi bhi exercise krne par vo muscle feel nhi hote, for exemple, arms, chest, ya back ki exercise kr rhe hai, aur feel shoulder hote hai🤔, matlab shoulder par hi zor padta hai, aisa kyu?, plz sir is problem ka bhi koi scientific solution btao, plz is topic par bhi koi video banao plz 🙏

    Bhai maine gym se 8 months ka gap lia tha aur pehle bro split follow krta tha.
    But for the first time mai push pull leg workout follow kr rha hu.But mai filhal utna heavy lift nai kr pa rha jitna mai pehle krta tha.
    To kya kuch samay k liye wahi purana workout follow Karu ki push pull leg continue rakhu?
    Please bhai bta do kya karu.

      You can go for it, you can actually follow any beginner workout program and as long as you make a good effort, you will get results. Split is not to important for beginners. And also remember to eat properly, eat well since you need to gain weight. Have a high protein diet, check your total daily maintenance calories and then eat 200-300 calories higher than that every day with high protein (1.4g protein/kg bodyweight at least)

      Elbow joint pain ke liye jo cable waali machine hai, usspar tum low weight aur high reps ke saath tricep pushdown exercise kar sakte ho. Uss se elbow pain mein kaafi fayda hota hai. Nahi toh resistance band ke saath bhi tricep pushdown kar sakte ho, low weight aur high reps.

    Sir I use to do 5.5km running regularly because i want to join defense and also i use to go gym...but my weight loss is going to be very slow within 4months i loose only 5kg...sir is it ok to do running of 5.5km in the morning and Gym in the evening

    Me kaffi time toh gym kr rha i mean more then 14months....ty phla m mass gainer ly c 2 3....then fer m whey protein concentrate lya kide vich m last 2 month musclenecter da protein lya c....but hun m 1 week toh koi horr company da whey protein isolate lya hai ohde naal mnu digestion problem aa rhi hai bolating loose motions kind of....hun m eh soch rha c k isolate nal ta eh issue nhi huna chida c jad k mnu concentrate easily digested c....fer ja ta eh whey protein hi sahi nhi hai ja meri body ch hi kuch issue hai ja fer jo pahla protein ly c m oh sahi nhi c jo easily digested ho gy.. please help me on this
