Thank you so much. I'm a singer songwriter suffering from MTD for almost abt 1.5years. all my projects been on hold. Been seeing speech therapist, accupuncture, easterm western u name it. Still cant shake it off. Watching vides like ths, knowing theres someone out there teaching us give me hope. So thank you so much for doing this. The 3 stages of muscle tension dysphonia video you did was also awesome. im in between stage 2-3 now but im not giving up.

I am so happy to know I am not alone.. and that I’m not crazy to recognize there is something drastically different about my breathing and speaking lately!

Hello! quick question....I over salivate and sometimes I have a good 8 oz. of saliva in my mouth while I talk or sing. It sucks. Seems to be getting worse. Can you offer any insight into this? Thanks.
