Wow I never thought to whip ganache before. Duh. Makes sense; it’s based on cream. It’s basically a chocolate whipped cream. Definitely gonna try this out
That dish is so pretty and have me hungry and wishing to be there to lick the bowl after you completed applying each layer to the dessert. When you added the milk chocolate on top of the dessert at the end I really was wishing to be there to help you all eat that dish. I may try making it myself since I love peanut butter, chocolate, and the whipped cream also. I bet your family love it when you are cooking at home Lindsey because your skills are great and you are the ultimate professional and would have anyone wanting what you cook.
I wasn't a fan of the graham cookie dough, too crumbly and it was a mess. I used instead a shortbread dough recipe from Jamie Oliver and it turned out great. My son loves peanut butter. I love the mix of all the ingredients including condense milk. I only added a bit of sugar because it was not sweet at all.
@@bethlewis9981 A digestive biscuit is like a crunchy cookie that is not too sweet and is typically had with tea in Britain and the Commonwealth. It's supposed to be like a healthier option to a regular cookie, although not all digestive biscuits are healthy. It's very delicious though and unlike Graham crackers, which are not usually consumed as crackers or cookies (since they're usually used as an ingredient in baking), digestive biscuits are a very popular snack and they also make for a perfect base for tarts or pies. @@bethlewis9981 I think Amazon stocks them. McVitie's is the most famous digestive biscuits brand. So if you find those, you should try them. You also get really yummy ones coated with chocolate and nuts.
I love Lindsay's videos because she is the only one on this channel who tastes every dessert she creates. :)

Can you guys do a Banana Fosters pie???
Can we use digestive biscuits and if we can use, how many pieces? Thanks in advance.
Could you describe what a digestive biscuit is? I see that all the time in British recipes.
It's 140g of biscuit, so about 9-10. Grahams are just a slightly different flavor of digestive, and are a little bit less dense.
