    Looks like you have a low row on that lat tower. If you spin the bench around and put the preacher pad inside the rack you can attach that ez bar to the low row and the pad for a machine preacher curl.

      @@JWLLMZ I just got done filming my bicep workout testing it out 💪🏻 I’ve got a new video coming tomorrow morning, and then the bicep workout testing the preacher pad probably next week and I’ll be posting the screenshot giving you credit for the idea 💪🏻

    How long you been training for

      I’ve been working out since high school in like 2010. But I’ve switched back and forth between bodybuilding, wrestling, boxing, jiu jitsu, Muay Thai, etc. I hit 315 for 3 reps on bench back in like 2014, then stopped for a few years for combat sports, then got back into bodybuilding. So it’s been on and off for around 15 years.
