Jin is more in the mature in terms in logical spectrum not emotional including Suga. I'd say Taehyung, J-hope and Namjoon would be the emotionally intelligent ones. The others have it too but these three stood out the most. Jungkook needs to work on his side. Compared to all of them, Namjoon's and J-hope's EQ are the mature ones.
jin's reasoning was basically "so only 1 get their hands dirty while the other 2 don't". he was thinking in a more "what would be more comfortable for us eating this food" but he didn't think much about the emotional aspect here i feel like.

They're hilarious. 🤣 I really admire Yoonjin in this, and I think their point of view also stems from the roles they take in a group. They tend to look out for everyone, and hypothetically they still would even when they're with their SO. Their examples about pouring drinks and peeling the shells off shrimp to serve everyone shows how/what their love language looks like and also how they understand culture and manners, in general, works. 💕

Suga - same with Jin. As long as no flirting is involved. Pretty much open minded about it and couldn’t care less. Puts everything in context first before he would react in the same situation. (this shows his mature mindset and understanding nature/jin also)
RM - His initial answer was that he wouldn’t mind but later when thw subject shifted to peeling shrimps, he gets a little worked up and now does mind in case his significant other will do the peeling/perilla thing to his friend. (RM seems to be a reasonable type of guy who gets a little jealous only and tries to weigh things first.)
Jimin - he didn’t give much of his opinion but his answer is definitely so jimin😅 (Jimin seems like a guy who also doesn’t get worked up easily or gets annoyed in said situation since as he said he focuses more on the food. He’s the type who will give autonomy and space to everyone while eating. Tae - Definitely the type who gets jealous easily. I surmise he is the type who will confront a friend and/or his significant other regarding the situation and will let the person know that he is not comfortable with it. In contrast with jin and suga, he doesn’t put much emphasis on different scenarios of what could be the context but based on the facts of the question alone, he might be the type who will question a lot his future partner if he sees there is something brewing😅.
Jungkook - He and V have similarities on perspective and mindset in this context, but I think unlike V, JK is the type of guy who has a tendency to sulk if he feels some level of jealousy. I could see he is also a possessive type of romantic partner. But in contrast to V he did not give much an elaboration on why he said no. I think he is the type who doesn’t like to see his significant other surrounded by other men😅.

We had this seafood stew in a restaurant with a group of friends and there was only one shrimp left ( a big one) and i told her to take the last piece and she was reluctant so inorder to make her feel more comfortable, i peeled it for her and put it in her plate.

I feel like this question could be rephrased as, “Are you possessive of your partner? By how much?” If they are out with a friend and the friend helps them with peeling a leaf I don’t care or I do. Okay, analysis from a psychology student:
Jin: chill
Yoongi: chill (because obviously your partner and friend flirting would be something to worry about, so that's an extremely reasonable boundary to draw)
J-Hope: chill (and super sweet)
Namjoon: mostly chill, but heats up a little if the situation starts getting too intimate (peeling shrimp can be strangely intimate, so it makes sense)
Jimin: pretty chill, wants partner to peel his as well
Taehyung: a little possessive, but is exaggerating for comedy and mostly just saying stuff to pour fuel on the fire to see what the others do. Most likely, in the actual situation, he would keep an eye on the situation and be a little tense while the perilla leaf is being peeled, but would chill quickly and not be outright jealous, and not actually say anything. It's not likely that he would say anything over a small situation like this and he seems to only be adding to the debate. However, in a more extreme situation where his partner was actually intimate with another guy, he would most likely openly confront them about his discomfort, and he would be more hurt than angry.
Jungkook: slightly possessive (as we have seen him be with his members), but definitely exaggerating and being stubborn for comedy (because the debate is light-hearted) and he would definitely be reasonable in an actual such situation. We have seen in the past that young JK was a little possessive of the other members around their other friends but he loosened up a lot over the years, and recent examples only show him being non-possessive, so he most likely would be chill about something this small but could begin to tense up if it progressed to being intimate (which is reasonable). Also, he doesn't actually think a perilla leaf in this situation would lead to marriage or anything else, he's obviously joking about it and just saying it for comedic effect. He might think it's a plausible situation (because he has watched too many dramas) but knows it's an extreme and wouldn't actually happen, and he just thinks of it as a "what if?" situation that he brought up to spice up the debate.
In a situation where JK got jealous, though, he would most likely sulk and be pouty, and he'd probably be easily reassured, with verbal reassurance or a little attention. His jealousy would be more cute than anything else, and it would be non-threatening.
Conclusion: The older they are, the chiller they are, so even though the youngest ones show a little possessiveness (it's definitely nothing dangerous or unreasonable), they will probably get past the little possessiveness they have as they get older. Even if they didn't get past it, it wouldn't be a problem in a relationship and wouldn't limit their partner any more than being a relationship normally does.
