    ok, so I did Day 3 first today to try to get it right (still needs work) and then thought... well, why not try Day 4. I did fine until the full-stretch/planks where I had to stop a few times to catch my breath and recenter. At 15 or so I was really feeling pushed, but I kept going and was rewarded. The last 4 minutes let me regain composure and finish with a great rush of endorphins. Great class. Tonight I'll try Day 4 again and hopefully it will come easier. :-) Thanks, Katja!

    i felt really relaxed and calm after this day 4 workout :) i was surprised that i was able to do the plank exercises because i´m usually really stressed out when i´m in plank. but i took a short break after i did the right side and then i was able to finish the left side. i´m happy about that :) i see so much progress

      Day 3 again (twice: one morning, one night) and now Day 4. I'm getting it. Still a little stiff, but much, much better. :-) THANK YOU!

    Great class! I did struggle with the plank variations because it's so hot today and my hands and feet kept slipping. Do you have any suggested solutions to a slippery mat? Talcum powder didn't work. ♥️

    I really struggle holding myself up for plank and downward dog. It hurts my arms and shoulders as if I have no strength😔

      Hi Meesa, in plank you can place your knees down which will help your arms. You can also practice on all fours, (knees under hips) and build up your strength in your arms and shoulders here. Even if you do less, as long as you practice regularly, you will improve and get stronger, and then it hopefully will hurt less.
