It's a Japanese adaptation of the original Agatha Christie novel. All the characters are given Japanese names and the location is moved to Japan but otherwise it's a fairly faithful adaptation. I highly recommend it.

It's not Poirot. It's a character based on Poirot with a Japanese name.
