    I cover and weight the seeds. In nature seed push up through the earth. Mimic that and you will get stronger more sturdy stems. When I sprout peas, sunflower and corn I add heavy weight. It's amazing to watch the little plants raise the weight as rhe grow.

    I wonder what is more expensive, paper tower or soil lol.. I have a feeling paper tower is. also wondering if the plants might be taking it tiny particles of soaked paper tower into its roots as food.

    Hi, Thank you for sharing this...I have been trying to grow mustard and others seeds as after 2nd day I could see some fungal growth around the seeds...I haven't added extra water also, I used to sprinkle twice a day as u mentioned...please tell how to avoid fungal growth and also after once seeds are sprouted into yellow color, how long i need to keep it under sunlight?? i mean i need to leave under sunlight whole day or only for few hours...or should i keep under shadow??

      Hi thanks for trying
      Please check carefully if it’s microfibrils or fungus some seeds produces microfibril roots that might look similar to fungus
      If it’s fungus then discard anyway I would like to wait for 2-3 days more so that microfibers will grow out

    Thanks for this video. A couple of questions: does the base of the containers need to have holes too. And after three days when you got them out, do we place them in direct sunlight?

    • @upscalehealth
      @upscalehealth  3 года назад +4

      thanks for asking yes the base need whole to water them from bottom . Yes after 3-7 days when u see small sprouts growing u will have to place them in sunshine. window will do . Don’t put them in direct sunlight. They will dry up
      Thanks 🙏

    Thnx for sharing 👍🏻after the seeds grow properly can I dig into sand , or what the life of them when then grow in plastic, I mean after finish have to start again or these will grow on and on

    • @upscalehealth
      @upscalehealth  5 лет назад +2

      Thank you so much thanks for sharing
      U have to restart the same process every time.
      Start consuming them from 2 week-4 week maximum up to 4 week.
      Microgreens are usually consumed when they are young so they are not transferred on sand
      Will come up with more variety thanks for appreciation.

      growing one type of seed, such as methi, mustard broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, mustard, chia, sunflower or buckwheat - among the easiest-to-grow varieties of microgreens - in a single container. (You can easily grow different seeds in several containers, and mix your microgreens after harvesting.)
