I'm also glad he starts with the heel flick and then says "walk with it" rather than other demos that have you count steps first and then try to add the foot swivel.
I love how he has brightly colored socks and gloves, so it's easy to see where they are and a cross on the floor to see how far he's moving in relation to the center!! So creative lol
