- What are the religious beliefs of Canadians and how are they changing from previous generations? The decline of religion is a favourite topic of many. Some see it as a sign of turbulent times and mourn the loss; while others view it as a monumental step forward, a necessary separation from an unpleasant past. What does it really mean for our nation.

It's not a far reach to see just how truthful and correct the Bible is. As it has predicted the future of the earth with such accuracy. And so far Tomorrow's World is to my knowledge the only Christian network that explains the Bible so well.

I agree. Too bad we don't have a church here in Lubbock Texas. I would love to go back to church but the church around me are sunday keeping & think GOD's commandments in the 1st 5 books of the bible is done away with.

God hear my prayers. There are so many different obstacles that I face as a single mom. Some days I want to give up. I’m struggling to make ends meet. Both of my sons are special needs and require much from me. I keep faith because I know that God will provide. So as I struggle to buy groceries for my children, and as I struggle to pay rent every month. I turn to God! He is our provider. He is our God. He will strengthen us.

We as Americans are following man made religion instead of God whole word. A church is a building, but the congregation is the body of Messiah, the temple. Blessings and Shalom to all in the mighty name of Yeshua Hah Mashiach our Lord and Savior

Thanks T.W. Christianity is in decline across America. I don't attend church like I should. When I do I look for one who teaches from the pages of the Bible. I believe we're living in unprecedented times.

More and more people are realizing they can and are living a moral and spiritual life without Religion and the god beliefs.
Religion is not only unnecessary it is also irrelevant.
It makes no sense to assemble with those who keep sunday as a sabbath or celebrate unbiblical, pagan feast days, or eat unclean animals, when God's word commands us not to do any of these things, so many folks have no way to assemble with others who actually do what the Bible says. Many people therefore worship God at home so they can actually keep HIS commandments and not manmade traditions. It is possible to worship, serve, and obey God even on your own. People are discovering the falseness of churches and they leave for those reasons, choosing rather to worship God at home. Any person can sit down and study God's word with an honest heart and learn exactly what God requires of them. God will absolutely reach out to any person seeking Him and help them understand His word.
Love God and love your neighbor as yourself, this is what God's commandments teach.
The word of God endures forever and God's mercy endures forever!! God is forever faithful, and His word is available to anyone who desires to sit down and study it for themselves.

I respectfully disagree with this interpretation of needing to attend church. You forgot to mention that Christian churches today are serving the secular world and doctrines of men not the true word of God. They are preaching an apostate gospel. This is why I no longer attend church. Instead I focus solely on studying the word of God thru reading the Bible and worshipping God at home.

Thank you for your response. Sadly, many have become disillusioned with Churches as most teach doctrines that are contrary to what is found in the Bible. However, Christ said that "the gates of hades would not prevail" (Matthew 16:18) against His Church. There would always be believers clinging to His truth. The intent isn't to promote attending a church simply for attendance sake, but to find the body of believers [Church] that Christ founded. Those that follow His example, teaching the same laws He taught and the same observances He practiced.
I think that church, and some religion in general, has become irrelevant to the regular person. We've had two thousand years of "the 2nd coming" and some have just given up on religion. Promises broken time and time again do not satisfy anyone.
We have seeing lots of arguments about church, religious, faith, it's so many. You can pick anyway you want. But be careful, tge church today only bring confusion, and disappointment for those one's try to find Jesus, try to find salvation, or piece. Asking God exactly what he want you to do for his kingdom. God have a purpose for all of us. He will guide you in the right path, abd his truth. God bless you all.

When Jesus Christ walked on water, changed water into wine, said he was the light of the world, he began a scientific lead into the four unified field forces which is modern day sciences greatest dream. If we have problems with these forces, turn to Jesus Christ's accurate teaching and he, personally, will teach us where we are going wrong. Failure to do so will mean we are storing up enormous problems for our eternal spirit.
We cannot be committed to religion.
For the sake of all mankind, we must be committed to our living Creator.

Protestants are just popeless catholics. Every one of their 'churches' are false.
There has been so much abuse of the scriptures, the people, their money, their time and their souls people give up. In the early 1970's I joined the WCG as a former Catholic. Within 5-6 years I learned that something was dreadfully wrong. HWA began declaring himself to be "God's Apostle for the end time" . As well, I had learned the habits of the WCG, in NOT actually keeping the Sabbath but pretending I did. We would often go out to eat after the Sabbath services where we would have others "serve" us who were laboring on the Sabbath to serve us, strictly forbidden by the 4th commandment. Then there was all the other things were supposed to do but didn't. It was all for show. The weight of hypocrisy starts to either harden your heart, or you become deeply disturbed in your conscience of all the façade until you can't take it anymore. All the tithes (2 or 3 of them) we were supposed to keep were financially draining to the point it became hopeless. Then comes the scripture which verifies all the suspicions that these men and their ministers and hustlers. It is one thing to sell broken used cars for a living as bad people will do, but entirely another to stoop so low as to abuse sacred scripture for one's own selfish ambitions. Once the person's eyes are open, they cannot bear the deception and they leave, or as in my case, I was "disfellowshipped" for being rebellious and not adhering to the Armstrong heretical theology. As soon as I openly questioned the ministry, they did to me, what they did to so many, *and like the Pharisees did to Christ and the Apostles, kicked me out from their synagogue* . Lesson learned.
HWA in order to justify and strengthen his hold on the members of the WCG during the split between HWA and GTA, *Herbert became desperate and borrowed Catholic theology and taught that Peter was the "Chief Apostle" , so that no one could be greater than HWA* As a former Catholic, I become very interested in the study of the subject. In those days scholarly books were not easy to come by, so I saved to purchase many of the them. The most enlightening were the collection of the Ante-Nicene Church Fathers. One could not read nearly chapter of them without coming across the condemnation of the Judaizers as is the case of the New Testament. And, most of all, the authority of the Church presented and preserved by the unity of the "Catholic Church" , the immortality of the soul, the worship of Christ regularly on the first day of the week and the Eucharist.
This is just a small sampling:
The *CHURCH* of God which sojourns at *Smyrna* (Rev. 2) , to the *CHURCH* of God sojourning in Philomelium, and to ALL the congregations of *the Holy and CATHOLIC CHURCH* in every place: Mercy, peace, and love from God the Father, and our Lord Jesus Christ, be multiplied.
The Martyrdom of Polycarp (AD 117): Here's a direct quote
For, [Polycarp] having through patience overcome the unjust governor, and thus acquired the crown of immortality, *he NOW, with the apostles and all the righteous [in heaven], rejoicingly glorifies God, even the Father, and blesses our Lord Jesus Christ, the Saviour of our souls, the Governor of our bodies, and *the Shepherd of the *CATHOLIC CHURCH throughout the world* .[28] *(The placing of Polycarp's immortal soul in heaven after his martyrdom is exactly what we find in Revelation 18:20 with the Apostles and all the righteous)*
Notice how the author, says *Christ is the Shepherd of the Catholic Church THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE WORLD" In other words, the entire Christian world in 117 AD understood 2 things:
1.That Christ was the Shepherd of the Catholic Church and
2.The doctrine of the immortality of the soul and teaching of the righteous souls went to heaven after the death of the body was taught by Christ and the Church *throughout the whole world!* >
I believe YHWH said that Adam and Eve would be removed from the garden of Eden so that they could not eat from the Tree of Life and live forever in their fallen state. I believe they would have to get their immortality some other way. Peter describes David’s sepulcher still being here in earth and declares no one but Christ has ascended into heaven ( Acts 2-3). Hebrews says all the faithful men who died from the Old Testament are still awaiting the promise of the kingdom and that they will not enter in until all enter in. End of Hebrews chapter 11. Doesn’t Paul say that we seek for immortality? Why seek it if we inherently have it? I’m not trying to dissuade you from your understanding but thought I would summarize a few scriptures that tend to illustrate a conundrum of the doctrine of the immortal soul. @billclass5847. I will just comment on a point or two from what you have written. I really can't think of anything now that I would call "abuse of the scriptures" but maybe you could point out a few, then I could relook.
The Immortal Soul belief is a teaching started by the Devil so I do not subscribe to it. I wasnt quite sure if you were putting forward the Immortal Soul belief as a teaching you accept or not but feel free to claify.
Christianity is not exclusive to Canada or any country. Eastern Christianity has been growing with a significant number of ex-Muslims converting after decades of spiritual mismanagement by Iranian Mullah's.
With life so difficult for that field of wheat and close community ties between neighbors from different faith groups, some Muslims have said, 'get the Christians to pray, they get results'.
Are they a part of the one true Church?
There seems to be a deliberate effort by many to besmirch the word of Jesus Christ. Trying to bury his good name...ridiculing him, and all he stands for. These are the tactics of bullying. All who have been bullied will tell the same story of constant, ridicule...blame for things not our fault...constant oppression. So we can safely say the Christian is being bullied, even to death. The cancer cell is a bullying cell and there are glaring similarities, so, perhaps, the Christian is best advised to turn the other cheek, or walk the extra mile, even store our emotional strength for better days.
Professing to be wise, Canada has become foolish. No Book ( religious or non religious) on earth can be compared with the Hole Bible.
