I think a 20 year anniversary video of the Tsunami should be a big December priority. Take us to some local survivors, because all we ever hear about are the tourists, and there are thousands of local stories to be documented. I'd also like some wildlife videos. Go herping for snakes with David Frohlich in Hua Hin, and do an episode about him.

Chris, my family and I are big fans. I'm an expat in my late 20s who moved here solo and works in Bangkok now. I was recently visiting my family and we watched your last video "A Thailand Story You Need To Hear"- it was by far our favorite video of yours. We discussed how documentary style videos really suit you- and how amazing it was that you put an amazing story of hope in the spotlight. With your platform and love of Thailand, you could do a lot of great work here helping out those who need it most.

I want to say the best video you ever made in my opinion you weren’t even in. It was the video where you followed the journey of the young teacher as she went up to the remote village where she teachs. You showed the struggles of her life that she faced with determination and a wonderful sense of humour. When i saw the new building that a charity had supplied for her to stay in compared to the old building she shared with rats and snakes there were tears in my eyes. I thought it excellent of you to take a back seat and let the story tell itself. Perhaps you could use this channel to have people who don’t have the subscribers to supply you wonderful videos along the same line. You of course would decide the suitability but it would be fantastic to see more videos like that, than another condo pricing story, not that those aren’t useful.

Retired! Don't Give Up. That was National Geographics level. What i would give to be one of those contributing, sharing my content. My channel is just getting stated haven't got that hundred subscribers yet 28 to go , channel will center on living in the northern provinces of Thailand and the culture of of the people. Right now going through my first six months will have 40 videos by the end of that and take up from my new home in Phrae Province, with no shortages of sights to see and people to learn from. I actually hope to eventually meet Chris and persuade him to maybe allow me to contribute to his Teenee App.

We were wondering what happened to you! Your videos have been an inspiration to us. We have been watching your videos over the years with much anticipation. You inspired us to take a trip to
Thailand in 2022 and 2033. We've been to Bangkok, Pattaya, Chiang Mai, and Hua Hin. And if not for the new tax laws we would be retiring there. We are hoping to go back this winter, though age is catching up to me. For someone who has previously only been out of the US twice in my 69 years on the planet, your videos gave me the only real peek at Thailand. You have no idea how helpful your videos have been. We certainly understand why you are taking some time to smell the roses.

Happy to hear an update from you Chris and happy to hear of your big move, you both deserve it. I was in Thailand not to long ago hoping to run into you but now I know why it didn't happen hahah.
I hope to see your upcoming videos where you utilize the Thai language and to see the reaction of Thai people hearing you speak. It's always a good feeling when I was there and spoke Thai I felt that I got more praise from Thai people for doing so and just by attempting to speak their native tongue it really went a long way.
Your videos are some of my favorite Thai videos you really show a passion and love for the country which why it always brought me back to this channel and it always will. I still watch videos from the past cause it really puts a smile on my face and always pumps me up to head back ASAP.

I guess I've been one of your first followers if not subscribers (can't remember when I subscribed) when you were doing push-ups in Koh Samui, and I remember this video by the lake in Lumphini. I've been binge watching your videos a lot and you've inspired me launching my channels. But then, as it often happens, I started watching more other RUclipsrs, stopped being part of the BOD, and just kept an eye from time to time on your videos... And I agree with you, "A Thailand Story you NEED To Hear" is one of your best videos ever, with the "Day in the Life of a Thai Street Food Vendor".
I totally understand why you'd like to ease up on the accelerator now.
Last week I was seating by Bang Rak beach, watching the sun set, not far from Moonstone, and I was thinking to myself: "if I were Chris Parker, I'd cool down a little, and spend much more time in paradise, enjoy the simple pleasures of life on Samui."
I wish you and Haylee all the best!

Found the channel whilst researching my second trip to Thailand. Video on Bangkok so helpful and I knew exactly what to do when I arrived at the airport 😂 - am in Phuket right now and you know what 5 star boat tour company we will be spending a day with. Love your videos - they are full of heart, fun, real (not posy Instagram style bs) and add so many layers to a travel experience. Travel can be superficial (and that’s OK if that’s what you want!) but if you love to travel and dig in a little deeper your videos manage to capture some of the spirit of this beautiful place and its people. I love the channel. I’m traveling in Thailand all of July and the main reason will be to train Muay Thai and see fights at all the different stadiums. Muay Thai gyms all have their own unique flavor in all the different provinces and a lot of the gyms are run by world famous coaches and fighters. I know you don’t train, but I still think it would be really fun to watch you learn about Muay Thai by traveling around and talking to all these legends. They are all super nice and usually hilarious! You make the best videos so all us fighters would love it :)

My boyfriend and I plan to move to Thailand in the next couple of years from Canada, so your videos have been our way of keeping excited for the future. I think the part that really hooked me to your channel was watching how donations were used to help communities. I miss being there. I'm continuing to travel, but Thailand remains my favourite place in the whole world.

I signed up for TLC in May, but I haven't started yet since we're preparing for our move to Thailand in a couple of months. I'm looking forward to it. Glad to hear you are doing well. And loved the video of you 3 on the TLC video.

Your videos have really helped me take the plunge. I will be in Bangkok for the first time in my life on July 1st. I am also making a trip to Chiang Mai.
Thank you for all of your hard work. Your videos are amazing. They are so helpful.
Any video topic is good. I really like the videos showing us how to get around and what to look for. Your "first hour in Bangkok" video in the airport is what convinced me to make the trip.

Chris! Thanks for the update. Ive been bingeing RUclips about Thailand, and other travel channels, and was wondering where you went, but truthfully, I'm still researching whether to make Thailand or Panama my retirement home. Of course, I'm going to travel to both countries as househunting trips. Your previous videos were a wealth of info. and helpful in people's decision to move, and how to do it. From one Canuck to another, have a good one!

Almost certain I was one of the first 100 and almost certain I’ll be one of the last 100 based on my age being 34 haha…. Been to Thailand many times because of you!!!! Based in Australia but live pay check to pay check so I’ll holdiay/vacation and visit spots solely based on your videos!!! I appreciate you!!! From an Australian to a Canadian!!! I don’t earn much but for what I can save and then afford to travel once a year for 5-7 days or so it’s always Thailand and all because of you! I appreciate you! Please don’t stop ❤

As Thai who subbed your channel within a couple first thousand during covid, I think you can take some rest and enjoy the moment. Don't rush or push yourself too much. Keep it slow and steady.
Go to Kao Yai or somewhere up in the mountain or 1-2 hrs outside BKK - Saraburi, Kanchanaburi. Explore local life in many places like unheard waterfalls. Coconut farm less than 2 hrs away from BKK. Durian farm. Palmyrum farm in Petchaburi that make sugar and many dessert. Beautiful Campsite cultures. Local food etc. anyway aspect of ordinary people's life.
If you are in Samui, why wouldn't you cross to checkout the local villeage in the mainland opposite Samui island like Khanorm, Sichon etc. Or ride longtail boat up in the Tani river in Suratthani to see fisherman's life. Or change transport mode from car/airplane to train, not in BKK but in other province.
Or imagine some scenario if you were somebody who have to 1. 2. 3. and so on. What would it be or choices for them to 1 2 3?

I used a ton of your videos on my move to Thailand, the knowledge I've gained because of those has certainly given me a head start vs doing it all on my own!
Video Idea: I'd like to see an island hopping tour, showing some of the not so well known islands, recommendations for food/places to stay on said islands.
