Looks great! My suggestion is if you are going to offer this service, then go out and buy yourself an old bar stool so you can set the wheel on top of it and do the work up off the floor level. "Work smarter, not harder"
If you are going to wrap wheels on a regular basis, I suggest making a adjustable height turntable for the wheels. So you can save the knees. From someone who knows.
Thank you for all your videos. As someone who dabbles in interior decoration and 2D art, I've been super interested in giving vinyl a try. Your videos make me feel less intimidated to try!
i know this is a very basic job for you like you said but wow--this was amazing...don't let anyone tell you your job isn't crazy cool and fun!!! and guess what NOT anyone can do that--you have a gift! Not everyone has that touch---believe me, if i did this--even if i did it 100 times--i just shake to much and am not very intricate with details like you are...incredible job--never even knew this existed...i thought they just came from china already sealed and painted to sell--i didn't know this is how they do it here in the states...very cool what men can do.
I tint commercial, residential and vehicles. As well as wrap vehicles and rims. Amongst, much much more. So I truly appreciate your video. Although I could sit here and tear apart your video, I won't. Wah, Wah...... Jk man seriously great video. As easy as people think doing this kinda work is...... It isn't!!!! I've worked with my father for 30 yrs at his Tint & AutoGlass Business. I learned how to tint free hand, yes old school way. Not how everyone of my employees do now with a Plotter. As much I try to teach them what my father taught them, none can grasp it fully. They make life to easy now for people and yet they still bitch. So I appreciate all your work & dedication to the business!

Yeah I don’t do blow dryer. Just trust me you’re better off waiting to get a heat gun, a couple hours w patience wrapping. I followed his vids and mine came out clean
As someone who never did this, I found this quite impressive... It kinda funny tho in the 1980’s I made RC Airplanes and we used a very similar material and method. Good video Sir
Great job. U make it look easy. I've been trying to get my bike done, but I've came to the solution that it takes 2 people. Maybe just me. I no its hard to stretch the vynal and put heat on it at the same time. Good video mate
This video made my day --- I wanted the rims on my Scrambler Orange and was dreading painting them and UP POP this video on wraping rims!!! I am so excited --- I ordered the wrap today!!!
Your very talented, and have what I lack ......PATIENCE , I personally prefer all the chrome , I can see why some people like it , but that's down to preference .. but you've done a great job ,nice video 👍
I have no comment on the color or how the color works no not with the car. I am interested in the "how to" part this video presents. The color makes no matter as I would use one that I like. Anyway, thanks for taking the time and showing us how to do something like this. I just might give it a go. Thanks again!
This is very interesting. I have a car relatively inexpensive 2009 Pontiac vibe GT lots of wheel rash. I’m thinking of just using touchup paint even though that will not look great it’s better than what I’ve got. Another option is plasty dip. However the wrap from what I’ve seen gives the best overall finish
Is wrapping a vehicle cheaper than doing a brand new paint job? please let me know I've been I've asked this question of several different people and no one has answered me yet I'm getting ready to paint my truck and if wrapping is cheaper then I would think I can go that way thank you for getting back to me as ASAP
Nice fella wrap and car 👌🏽 But cheers for showing us how easy it could be But think to get it looking like your wrap on the rims ad need hours of teaching But these videos help and one day soon I will try. So thanks for taking time out to put this up bro.
If you were to wrap the inside of the the spokes as well how would get complete coverage in a situation where the two spokes are close together ? It looks likes there just not enough material after the wrap is slit 50/50...just curious. I just picked up a set of Torq Thrust that are all 100% chrome for my challenger so ill be doing the wrap...Job well done, Im sure its not as easy as you made look....
Skillssss. I have a quick question. Do you cut right on the edge of the wheel or do you leave a little lip so you can kinda bend the that lip around the edge of the rim. And if its the same concept when wrapping a car.
I've been watching different channels on wraps. You sir... Look like the best out there. Very impressive.
His videos are amazingly easy to follow and very clear. He is definitely the best not only in vids but his work overall.
Looks great! My suggestion is if you are going to offer this service, then go out and buy yourself an old bar stool so you can set the wheel on top of it and do the work up off the floor level.
"Work smarter, not harder"
👍
I would make a big lazy Susan to mount the rim on
he could be comfy in the position.

This video and channel saved me from ruining my rims, gunna definitely use this process instead of the taping, priming, painting, and clear coating.

Am BAACCKKK!! I was on A 3 weeks social media break coming from Nassau Bahamas 242 crew... My first time see A rim wrap like that , very nice..

What type of vinyl would be best for that application and you are doing such a great job
Subscribed about three seconds in.
🤔 I wonder how well they held up over time.
They actually lasted years. I believe the customer still has the wrap and the wheels wrapped to this very day.
@@CKWraps Oh OK cool.. Thanks ! Have a Happy Thanksgivings

How difficult is the cleaning process ? Once they are wrapped?
My teacher ❤
Thanks for the video. Hope you normally do this on a table so you don't hurt your back.
First thing I thought of, too. Oh my aching back 😫

Man....totally awesome work...looks boss..
Do you have a video on doing the whole inside not just the top face? If so that would be a huge help as I try and wrap my wheels.
I love doing stuff like this, i haven't done this particular thing, but im soooo gonna try this soon, Thanks Dude \m/
I really respect your skill, not so much the customer's taste...

How long does this look good for?
Wow beautiful work you are doing , can you do calipers, and would it less for few years ? Thank you for your time
U gave me confidence to try this
Every time he makes a cut, Im flinching
Cause he's cutting directly on the wheel and not using knife less tape?

You're the better than I see...
Crafty work man💪
Muy interesante y económico...un cambio extremo que se nota desde lejos.
Very cool ended up awesome 👏
Does vinyl get damaged from debris rocks etc? I would think plastidip would last longer.
Nice job man. You made that look entirely to easy so now I want to try but It will take me 2 days per tire lol.
Pretty cool . might do that to my rims instead of paint
Skillssss.
I have a quick question. Do you cut right on the edge of the wheel or do you leave a little lip so you can kinda bend the that lip around the edge of the rim. And if its the same concept when wrapping a car.
Can you wrap scooter tires with this? Looks pretty easy.
That looks fantastic !!!
nice video... like your Movado too!
Wow that’s what I want on my Honda CR-V amazing
Omg I was think the same when I buy mine. I wanted to wrap the rims all black as well as the roof.
