Nimbin is known as the drug capital of Australia, but although that sounds like a harsh place, it's actually one of the chillest and most calm places we have ever been.
It's sort of a freetown where the locals live within the confines of their own set of rules although the police and government don't approve of this in any way, which leads to occasional raids on otherwise friendly places where you can buy harmless dry plants.
We truly encourage anyone in the vicinity of Nimbin to go there. It's such a unique town that will make for an experience you won't regret anytime soon.

@@Sam-yq2nm The reptile park close to sidney is a very important park in the world, they make there the antipoisons for all australia, the blue mountains, byron bay, nimbin(100% hippie town)(EDIT: didn't see it's a video of nimbin xD) . the coral rift and the trip on it is nice. Enjoy mate!

I was planning on taking A trip from Sydney to have look , How was it there ?
Well apart from the quality of drugs .. it’s a nice town . Great vibe and colourful . I really enjoyed the drive surrounding the town and I didn’t really try much food which I regret . Loads of nice stuff at the hemp embassy . Few fried chooks but you get that everywhere you go I spose...🤙🏻
The whole town is basically arrested and is a shell of its past roots. Sad times. If youre looking to score and youre not a local probably not what you think it will be.

Spent a few $ while enjoying Nimbins atmosphere..Left North Brisbane that day with Coffs Harbour our destination...totally sidetracked off the Pacific Highway passing through a small town called Casino heavily patrolled by police....we made it in & out of Nimbin with indoors & outdoors that day...made it to our destination Coffs Harbour that evening with glazed red eyes & hungry asf 😁😆 Recommend for all🤜🏼🤛🏼🥝

Some bloke tapped my partners shoulder asking if we wanted some lol. He gave us $50 bag and I was happy with that and we left without a fuss. See, here we go again. Nimbin been there great ,it was actually living again. Come back to Queensland and had to 🐄 cow under the bed for a day or two. Love my smoke keep a choofi n everyone. Even my dog had the best day in Nimbin he to put his tail b,tween his legs when we came back to Queensland.
