Holy shit, that cliff walk looks terrifying! You were a courageous badass to do the whole thing! Thanks for filming it for us so we could experience it vicariously through you!
Ah Yan jiejie, u r really awesome attempting to cross the cliff walk! I love how you encouraged yourself by telling yourself "I am a strong woman!" It is all about the mindset indeed~ 🤩
I almost fainted watching your death-defying walk and I really admire your bravery. If I were you, I would have cried and returned to the starting point. I'm glad you made it but I think you shouldn't go on such cliff walk again after this episode. Very exciting and adrenaline-pumping indeed. Great job

I live in a small town (9,000) in the very far northwest United States and some years ago I had a friend from the Bhutan named Topkay that lived here for about 5 years. Knowing him made me want to visit your country !
@@lisacolbert5987 wow it's so amazing how the world has been globalized and yap your friend name is spelled Tobgay. My friend you are most welcome to visit Bhutan 🇧🇹...
Better than any disneyland. China's engineering achievements and sense of fun needs applauding. The place should be on the bucket list. I would have give you an heroine award except for irrational fear of not able to walk on glasses🤪
I think you create masterful drone videos and blend the music with artistry, thank you.🎉🎉🎉 I visited Zhangjiajie over 15 years ago and took the wonderful walk along the river, none of the things you experienced existed back then, you are fearless.I look forward to returning to Shanghai next spring and resume my yearly 2 months joy of living in your wonderful country. ♥♥♥
I love how you added scary suspenseful music in the background. I thought to myself as well....I am too old for this cliff climb (I am a retiree). So I am glad you walked this cliff for us to give us an idea what it is like. The glass bridge is not scary to me at all. We have a glass bottom floor at the top of the Toronto CN Tower too. I jump on it every time I visit there like the kids in your video. You just posted another informative video. Thank you.
Some idiot with a shatterproof glass window in a skyrise used to throw himself at it show people how it wouldn't break. It didn't, til it did, and he became sidewalk pizza.
Okay, you pushed the limit of death defying and now you can come back to earth! It would be hard to believe such a place exists without you taking us there. No obligations to audience, just keep visiting incredible places. We love watching your videos.
What a wonderous place! They have a knack for building impossible structures and then turned it into an interactive park. I have seen buildings on top of steep mountains. Places you wouldn't think you can reach but they made it reachable. Just awesome & incredible!
I visited Zhangjiajie 2 months ago. Had a hard time crossing the glass bridge ( experiencing acrophobia). Your video sent chills down my spine😮. What a brave girl you are 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
I've been a fan of your channel for months now, and I'd like to thank you for taking and uploading these videos for us. It's like being in China... I wanted to go there, but it's too expensive so I'm glad I found your channel..
That bridge is a lot safer than those sketchy wires hammered into the side of the cliffs 😂 Credit to you for not letting your fear of heights hold you back!
The first part of the video was scary. The very end of the video was a joy to watch. The zip line looked exciting and the drone shots were artistry in motion. Thank you, Yan.
Happy to see those Chinese grandmas and grandpas having fun, they went through a lot in their younger age, they deserve every bit of happiness they enjoy now.
Really, I've read large parts of China's modern history and found there were horrific times. The so-called Boxer Rebellion in 1900, the occupation of China by the Japanese army in the 1930s, the struggle of the Chinese people under Mao Zedong against Chiang Kai-shek and the removal of the warlord regime. Then Mao's Proletarian Cultural Revolution, which was driven by the Red Guards throughout China, killing many people and causing hardship. Especially people with education (teachers, doctors, artists, monks, party cadres). They destroyed cultural monuments, temples, libraries and museums, fought among themselves and disrupted public order. The Dutch sinologist and historian Frank Dikötter estimates that between 15 and 55 million people died and were killed during the Great Chinese Famine between 1958 and 1962. In the 1980s, a series of political reforms were carried out by Deng Xiaoping, Zhao Ziyang and others. They led to the prosperity of China and the modern state we have today.
OMG! Dear girl what are you doing?! I am so terrified when I see fighting! I am Swiss and we have things like that as well but I would never never do that! So you are a hero cause you mastert your fears! Great little Chinese!
New Zealand; WOW thank you🥰i came from 'Yes' Channel. I love your China country so many beautiful things to see n do. you have lots of content on your channel that i will enjoy watching. thank you very much 4 sharing. much love from new zealand💖
Holy shit, Yan! That was scary enough but you used the camera for us as well! Thank you for another wonderful adventure. I can't wait to see your collab with Yes Theory.
Thanks for taking us along. The cliff walk is something I certainly won't be doing in my lifetime. I felt for your safety as you were doing it. That would be shut down instantly in America. This video does make me wonder why we seek extreme experiences. It seems difficult for us to find satisfaction. Then again I have lived life on certain edges most people couldn't imagine. But I find satisfaction in the small experiences and human relationships. Thanks.
Just stumbled on your channel … Love this video. Will be watching many more. As an American, I’m fascinated by China … the people, the culture, and the amazing places. I was just in China for 2 weeks not long ago - had an amazing time. I’m already telling my friend I will be going back soon … possibly visiting zhangjiajie next 😃
That was some very high adrenalin exhilarating activities....you are a brave woman! However, I was more impressed with the fearless workers who constructed the facilities especially constructing the cliff walk route!
This is awesome! Thank you for taking us with you. As you walk on the ledge and look down, comes this music that makes my knees shake. What an experience. It's priceless. I hope other foreign vloggers would try this. Thank you.❤👌
Yan, you’ve done a few scary cliff walks on your channel but this was incredible! I’m full of respect…I’d have no chance of completing that! I did find it slightly amusing that you completed that only to find the glass bridge panels too much, which to me looks much less perilous!! Excellent photography and drone footage throughout, with thankfully a nice relaxing finish 😅
Thanks for showing us the awesome place of mountain paradise. Your vlog has the great qualities of national geographic. I hope you are able to continue your top quality videos and gain worldwide audience !
"I am a strong woman... " - such a great and cute and funny line; I think it will stay with you for some time to come. But if you indeed suffer from heights then you are really a brave and strong-willed young lady. Congratulations! Now you are ready to take on Swiss Alps; only - no ropes and hooks and carabiners there I heard. (Just kidding.) Fantastic scenery indeed! And the infrastructure and the organization of trails and facilities in Zhangjiajie is amazing.
A sacrificial video, thank you so much for filming and to explore me too by seeing. Brave lady and thank you china, I love china......super country in the world 👍
Greetings from Japan! Gee, the walk was frightening! Congratulations! I can’t do that anymore😅 I’m over 50. Thank you for the great videos, I watched some of them! I love your work! I look forward to seeing more!

I must say, from viewing you videos China truly has some of the most stunning scenery! I am so thankful for your videos, I find it hard as a Westerner to see just how much diversity and beauty China has to offer! Zhangjiajie is added to my bucket list, hope I get the chance to go there!
I went to Jiangjajie in 2015 when these new attractions had not been built yet. Thank you so much for introducing to us. I love your passion and courage for adventure

Zhangjiajie is the most beautiful area I have ever visited! If you go, do not take the cable cart up, there's so many Chinese tourists queuing. Instead take one of the many trails. There's even a bunch of abandoned ones, which I highly recommend, I had days where I didn't encounter anyone on my hikes until I reached the top!
I must say, that I enjoy your videos very much. Your mastery of the camera and drone is some of the best work to be found on RUclips. Also your mastery of the English language with your Chinese accent is charming. Keep up the good work. Dennis from Oak Forest, Illinois.
Hello I was in China twice 10 and 12 years ago, travelling alone and I loved the country and people. This must be the scariest thing on this planet to do. Unbelievable that you took it on and completed it. I have a channel as I document my trips, but I must compliment you on your filming and editing. I have much to learn from you. I have bought a drone and will use it in Thailand in January to give a new perspective. I use Cyberlink Power Director to edit, and may I ask where you get your background music tracks from? They are perfect but I never find such beautiful ambient tracks on RUclips Studio. Love your work and I wish you every success.
The first part was a bit too intense! :O The water in the river is beautiful! What an amazing color! The zip line seemed fun and the slide chill! The bridge looks so nice from high above :D we're so lucky you have a drone :) At 52 years old, I'd love to take that last walk! But I'm glad I can see what the other parts are like without having to do them, thank you!
This is one of the scariest and yet enjoyable videos I have ever seen on You Tube. You have a lot of guts, your filming is superb and I love your positive and friendly personality. I am looking forward to watching more of your videos and learning more about Chinese life.

I just got back from zhangjiajie. I was in there in Oct. I also went to this canyon. Zhangjiajie is a must-go place, I went it once before when I was small kid, this is my second time, it is a completely different experience. For the tianmendong resort, you can take gondola from city centre to mountain top. That is 30 mins ride.
one of the most beautiful places you've been yet!!! I loved hearing you encourage yourself, it reminded me of a time I did a similar "tree-walk" as a kid, and I was PETRIFIED, but determined to succeed!!
Glad to see your back Yan, Wow, your so brave, Thank you for sharing this marvellous ,incredible experience with us, Take Care, fantastic scenery, brilliant
Yan, you're so brave! I would have been so very scared. Happy to see you're back - and I'm excited to see your videos with YesTheory, I bet you were the best guide to their China travels 💕
I have an intense fear of heights, not sure I would do anything that you did today, heh, other than the beautiful walk at the canyon floor. But your zip line guide is right, you do film the whole world. Your photography and narration is always great.
Hi Yan, that was the most exciting vlog I've ever seen! 😲 Simply incredible what you achieved there on the mountain. But I didn't understand your fears on the glass bridge ... 😄
Totally AMAZING! You sure know how to live on the edge ! SO SO Glad that you are still in one piece ! I don't think I could do what you did...even if my life depended on it ! Thanks for showing us and love from Australia 🦘🇦🇺🌹
I’ve been on the Glass Bridge but not the others. Thanks for sharing. You are so brave. Beautiful video, Yan! Always looking forward to your next video ❤
Your horrified reaction, Yan, to that cliff walk was endearingly amusing.❤ Being as brave a soul as you are, we were surprised that (but completely understand why) you did not venture onto the glass of the bridge! The bottom of the gorge was so beautifully other-worldly! Another exceptional video.
Because she doesn't wear any safety gear on the glass bridge. It's some sort of physiological kind of fear where you have this sense of helpless without anything to keep you safe.
That place is both fun and beautiful. Love the last scene with the waterfall and the seemingly calm and peaceful boat ride. Thanks for another adventure!
This was the most dangerous video I've seen you post. I'm glad you made it though that cliff walk safely ! You are my favorite RUclips channel ever Yen 👍👍👍
Bravo and well done Yan on the cliff walk, especially the rope part. After doing that, I thought the glass bridge would be EASY for you!! 🙂 You showed that you are OK with being up high. What a surprise! Then doing the zip line at another height, which looked to be a lot of fun. Would love to go down that slide, and, being able to control your speed, wow!! I think Hollywood might be looking for a stuntwoman, for cliff scenes! Thank you for sharing an incredible experience! And you ARE a strong woman!!
You are soooo brave! Go for it always. I couldn't breathe watching you on the cliff walk. I turned purple just watching it! Fabulous come back vid! Keep pushing the boundaries! Cheers!
Little Yan, this is one of the times when being small and light pays off 😊 You've done the cliff walk, where I haven't seen many others at all, but got scared to walk on the wide and extremely secured glass bridge, I am sure you were just pretending 😂 Back to cliff walk, age is not the critical factor, rather physical condition. I saw 60-70+ exercising in Beijing, the famous park near Temple of Heaven, they would do the cliff without any problems. And we both know there are people in their 20s with worse physical strength and endurance. Congratulations for soon passing 200k subs! ❤
Fantastic video. You made me feel like I was there. You're very good at that. That cliff walk was so scary! The nature walk on the other hand was peaceful. Enjoyed it all.
You are very Brave and a Real Hero!!! I would not do the Cliffside walk or the glass bridge. The definition of real bravery is doing the thing even though very scared! I was terrified just watching! Thank you for sharing. Stay safe stay healthy.
Yan, you are so brave to film like that. Such an amazing view.I am scared of heights, but somehow managed to watch you, I could feel my legs going, you show courage and no fear.
Being afraid of heights myself I am not sure if you are brave or crazy, probably a very entertaining mix of both. Either way, I really appreciate you boldly going where I will never go 🤗
What a beautiful place 😍 Hopefully I get to visit this place one day. However, My main goal in visiting China is still the 4 Bodhimanda Mountains : Wutai Shan, E-Mei Shan, Putuo Shan and Jiuhua Shan.
Wow! We have watched you turn back on a ledge at the vertical city, You faced your fears and that is amazing! You are wonderful, as are your beautiful videos. Thank you, for sharing with us.
I am from India and stumbled upon your videos. People are same everywhere, struggling to meet their ends. I find people in rural china as hardworking as Indian counterpart. We must appreciate the phenomenal growth of infrastructure in China. Your videos are absolute delight to watch and understand China. Keep it up.❤
That was such a awesome video and the drone shots were spectacular. I was laughing while you were on that crazy ledge walk because there is NO WAY I would ever do that, that took some bravery. Good to see you back in China showing me all the wonderful sights.
You are amazing. I am 84 years old and am enjoying traveling with you. It is something I will never be able to do.
Holy shit, that cliff walk looks terrifying! You were a courageous badass to do the whole thing! Thanks for filming it for us so we could experience it vicariously through you!

Yay, you made it!! 👏👏 Chanting your simple mantra helped, as good fortunes favour the brave!! ❤❤👍👍Thanks for your vlog!!
Girl,i don't know whether you're brave or just damn crazy.
We love ❤️ you all the same.
Nuff respect
Bless up🙏🙏💕
Yan, you're so brave! I would have been so very scared. Happy to see you're back - and I'm excited to see your videos with YesTheory, I bet you were the best guide to their China travels 💕
Greetings Miss Yan & Team. Thanks so much. It cool scenic tour. I am really very impressed. All credits goes to You and Your Team. Thanks again.
YO MAMA SAW THIS ??
What a treat to discover breathtaking topographies through these ingenious & safe human constructs. Thanks for sharing & wouldn't mind having a go!
Wonderful trek.Very funny at the begining and beautiful as a paradise at the end. Thanks for teaching all these.
Little Chinese. Big Bravery.
Hallelujah mountains! very scenic but also scary cliff walk 😬
China is so beautiful. Thank you for sharing .
Ahhhhh ! I couldn’t do that, but I loved watching you do it. Brave woman.
YO MAMA SAID THAT????
Never disappointed watching your video
Omg I love the fact that my two favourite channels are crossing over! Can't wait to see you feature in the Yes Theory China videos!
Either way, I really appreciate you boldly going where I will never go 🤗
This is by far the most exciting episode in your long list of travelogs around the world.......
Thats look soo cool (and scary :D)! You really made me wanna visit China with your videos! Much love from Germany.
I am from India and stumbled upon your videos. People are same everywhere, struggling to meet their ends. I find people in rural china as hardworking as Indian counterpart. We must appreciate the phenomenal growth of infrastructure in China. Your videos are absolute delight to watch and understand China. Keep it up.❤
OMG! What a Amazing Scenery!
That was such a awesome video and the drone shots were spectacular. I was laughing while you were on that crazy ledge walk because there is NO WAY I would ever do that, that took some bravery. Good to see you back in China showing me all the wonderful sights.
I would definitely freeze and won’t be able to move at all. You are brave.
