    Thank for the information. It would be good to have a content on how to find a flat or apartment in Warsaw Poland. Thanks

      Thank You! Indeed, that would be great. Unfortunately, we're based in the South of Poland, so we don't have Warsaw experience. Anyway, the formal stuff here is similar for the entire country. Agreement issues, terms and conditions etc. are pretty much the same

    Thank you. I have a question. When you renew long term lease for another year and continue to renew, is the landlord supposed to do a round of deep cleaning between renewals?

    • @wellcomehome
      @wellcomehome  8 месяцев назад

      Rather not. If you renew the contract with no breaks, you're supposed to take care of it. Landlord may do the deep cleaning when tenants switch and before a new one is moveing in

    Hi Weronika, Thanks for the detailed video. More power to you and your channel.
    Question: I will be moving to Poland on a work visa within the next 2 weeks. The First 2 weeks' accommodation is taken care of by the company. Work will be Work-from-home. So do you think I should shop for home now or 2 weeks is sufficient? Now I don't know the outside city center areas. Appreciate your support. Thanks

      Hi! We're glad that you liked the video :) We would recommend to search for a flat now. You will know the market and won't have to worry about the accommodation after coming to Poland.

    Very informative video, Weronika! One question: would it be too risky to sign a rental lease online before I reach Poland?
    My employer would need 3 month's rental contract to apply for my PESEL number, but they'd like to have it ASAP so I can join sooner.

    • @wellcomehome
      @wellcomehome  2 года назад

      Hello Rohit! From our experience, our tenants sign the lease agreement only after they see the apartments. Signing it before would be risky. Also, would you have to pay for the lease the time you're still not here?
      When applying for the PESEL number in Poland, you receive in on a spot. We don't know why your employer needs it in advance. But maybe there's a company policy we simply don't know.

    Is it possible to find an apartment without actually physically being in Poland? Is this recommended? How to find an apartment before moving to Poland? Or do you recommend living in an airbnb/hotel while searching for an apartment?

    • @wellcomehome
      @wellcomehome  Год назад

      Of course it is! The best way is to find a trust-worth company to rent with, like us :)
      if you're unsure, it's better to see in live.
