This is one of my favorite winter dish.I'm from Bihar and my mom makes spicy dum alu with pattagobi, alu and matar in winters. I love it with steaming rice, daal fry, salad and papad 😊
I tried your recipe..it came out very well...initially my mom and wife were saying too many potatoes are not good for health.... after it was served they finished the entire bowl of cabbage within minutes...
