that version of Duolingo is based on the 2016-2018 version of Duolingo so its outdated.you should use the web version instead.

Hindi language is available when I download in my mobile but when I install through laptop it's not available?

Hi Jenifer , that's a normal behavior. The phone version have more languages. The PC version is limited to only some languages

Hello Emmanuel , I don't see it in this Windows 10 version. But I do see it in their web version. Duolingo.com, you could do it there or try the mobile app.
