I like to run war maiden,Mara's balm,1 krag, and 1skoria I got about 13k pen all the time. And war maiden is just always on.and does more damage then Bernie.
@@Kermit_E_Frog your lacking damage on a magplar war maiden is the most damage you can get for magic damage abilities it gives like 700 weapon/spell damage to your magic abilities. you got healing covered with maras balm,bubble and breath of life.
Without major breach how will this build crack any decent enough pvp builds when your ulti is on CD? Do you just use minor heroism pots in between fights to hopefully build up a decent ulti pool before the next hit?
Why does everyone backbar frost staff instead of resto these days? Is the block mitigation really worth sacrificing extra healing/ mag sustain/ resto ult, etc.?
Why does everyone play hybrids or have really low resource pools these days? I've just returned to the game after a while and I remember most people maining one resource. I can't imagine playing anything lower than around 28k mag or stam. I need to get with the times 😂😭
Hybridization changed the game and the way people build. Max stat is useless and every PvP build in the game basically uses vigor so Bear Haunch food is going to be the best on almost every build giving you HP and double recovery. So your food not giving you a max stat keeps stats kinda low. You get used to it. 😊
They made it so that your skills scale off your max resource whether it's mag or stam skill doesn't matter and now there's diminishing returns for having too much of one resource so there's less reason to stack it the way we used to.
what the rest of the commenters said. Also then added a metric ton of SP gear so people have like 6-8k sp, which also increases your healing. ZOS messed up not being diverse enough in their stat allocation when they did they dumb mechanic audit.

What did I miss that jewelry traits went from infused to bloodthristy for PvP? I've only taken a few months break from the game D:
This build seems to rely on a single large burst, BT mathematically would pay off more

Why Bloodthirsty when you have the best execute in the game? Why not Infused DMG or Cost Redux?
Or infused so you get your 6% spell power passive and help with heals

@Rym magplar lacks damage and war maiden is a major dps set dor magplar imo.

For me it's the extra spell and physical resists that push ice staff over the top

Its probably because bsw buffs healing war maiden doesnt. Also he is using a different ult war maiden doesnt buff his ult

Yeah some classes like warden even run as low as 18k mag
