Stuhn body heavy chest and legs, rest medium. Full balorgh set and rallying cry sharpened maul with spell damage glyph. Best jab plar ever. All jewelry bloodthirsty with spell damage enchants. Hits so hard and has survivability.

@@CuriousIntellect1 I recently swapped rallying cry for deadly strike. But stuhn heavy chest and legs, medium gloves and boots then light belt. It's all damage.

@@CuriousIntellect1 I play mainly damage only, I hate wretched vitality set. You can run all stam recovery on jewelry if you need to but I prefer being able to burst people down.

Wretched is crafted and fire is overland from craglorn, you can just buy fire from vendors.

What's up with all these low pen builds by content creators? I rarely see one pass 10000 base pen and with the current tank meta how are they even going to dent any decent pvpers with roughly 18 to 22k base resistance?
Or is the purpose with all these builds is to get pvers who do not know how to build pvp?
