raat 9:30 se subah 5:30 matlab 8 hours sleep!!! itta mein to papa ghar se laat maar ke bhaga dete they.... kehtey hain padhne wale bachon ki to aankhon se neend chali jaati hai aur ek tum ho jo 7-8 ghanta sote ho!! hum log apne zamane mein 4 ghanta sote they bas!! nalayak!! kuch nahoga tumse!! bas sowo tum!!

Its not how many hours you sleep. Its all about how you utilise the rest of the time when you are awake. :)
Yes sir this pattern works. I had been doing it since 21st December and it has same effects as you have described. I automatically feel sleepy exactly at 9 45 or 9:50 and wake up before 5 without alarm.

I have cracked neet and pursuing mbbs.But during my preparation it took me nearly 6 months to align my sleep pattern of sleeping in night.I used to sleep at 7 am in morning.For me sleeping is most difficult task and cracking neet is an easy task.The thing which was easy at my childhood is difficult now.

Sir this method is very effective ....I followed this last year for 4-5 month....n during that duration....my study efficiency increase at another level.i was very focused during the class...all my daily target was achieved at the end of the day...its literally very effective...bt this need another level of dedication n consistency
Really?! Actually since many many days m setting daily targets bt couldn't achieve any today also from morning to afternoon I wasted 6hrs of study time wasn't feel like studying nd then whole day got wasted
I didn't perform in JEE, so I'll keep my Jee Discipline mindset in present college days to achieve & perform Now

As someone who has done this, I can tell u how amazing it feels to wake up in the morning without alarm because it has become a habit. My father used to wake me up at 4:00 am (because I told him to) and I used to sleep at around 9:30-10:00 pm. From the past 2 months, I've been waking up by myself w/ an alarm and these days (like today) I wake up to find that the alarm will start ringing in a few seconds.

hi yena , may i know how much time it took you to adapt to this routine nicely? because currently im sleeping at 12 and waking up at 7, and just like you i want to sleep at 9:30 or 10 and wake up by 4. but i dont know if i will be able to do it. if you have some tips for me, i would be very grateful
@@hanaansana452 after a lot of ups and downs (lol) , it took almost a 15-20 days. I used to be kind of a night owl as well, so yeah... it's possible. Just have someone to be accountable to. Tell your early bird friend to call u in the morning, tell your parents to force u to sleep early and have enough sleep. It gets easier
@@hanaansana452 if alarms work, use alarmy app. Put up National anthem as alarm so it forces you to wake up (joke)

Yes sir, the pattern is trained. I wake up without alarms somewhere between 4-5 now and sleep around 9.30-10 pm, however I do feel tired in the day sometimes.

Unknowingly I was doing the exact same thing from last month and I found a drastic change in my concentration due to proper sleep, as soon as I feel sleepy at night I immediately sleep and wake up in morning at 5 O'clock and won't feel sleepy 😀

Sir I study from 11pm to 6am sleep from 6am to 1pm and then do my other chores in the remaining time. Sir its been more than 6 months practising this I have not felt any change whatsoever but I am concerned If it will affect my health cause I am not exercising at all except a stroll after dinner.

Less words but deep meaning.... its truley effective.... i would just ask u to make a proper guiding video for us in which u'll tell us that how not to feel over confident after solving 4 to 5 correct questions and maintain that controlled confidence... coz in this video u had just talked about this problem not given the solution...so i m just asking for its solution... hope 'll make it...

Don't mess with sleep cycle... It's destroys whole preparation. It happened with me last year and I couldn't be productive.. just follow what u do..
I'm a night owl so it's difficult to become productive following early bird sleep pattern.
Just study when ur brain is alert
Wake up at 6:00 AM.because of this u will have a productive day.Sleep 1 hour in afternoon session.Take 15 min naps when u feel drowsyness by solving more questions.This nap will reduce your stress.By the way drink water

Sir I had a very messed up sleep schedule, like I used to sleep around 4 or 5 in the morning after whole night study and then I used to be tired the whole day.
