hippocampus-location of new memories, sequence of events, cognitive map, to retain information for six months at sun rise do some cardio activity till you start sweating like running/skipping rope/high stepping with 90 degree bend to knees exercise, then rest for 5-8 minutes till you start breathing normally, then scan information you need to transfer to long term memory with complete concentration for 20-30 minutes, the next technique is to study two or more subjects on the same day, study a subject then take a break, then study another subject, then return to previous subject on the same day, the breaks while studying a subject help retain information longer, also every three to four hours, do high stepping exercise for two to four minutes to help retain information longer.

I have actually experienced the way my brain doesn't want to absorb anything after workout. Whatever sir is telling is absolutely true and research based. This video is a blessing for us.
UPDATE:- I tried this method and going to continue this I won't able to do this 2 days (becoz of cold and fever ) I did rope skipping (600-700 times ) High knees Overall around 15-20minutes in morning Then hardly 5minutes break and drink water and then read bio NCERT for 25-30minutes . I cannot tell results(memory retention) rightnow i think its too soon . I am again going to update in next 15 days (on 25 th Nov ) But one thing i can say its good way to start a day and feels good from inside and like i am following a schedule (tjme waste kaphi kam hota hae ) I am a dropper student and feels it's a good way to fresh start again to fight in Neet 2021
Oh sorry ,I forget But this method is really helpful I increased my exercise time = 30-35 minutes and then drink water and after that i usually go through short notes (which i also started making of physics and chemistry) and bio ncert for around 40-50 minutes . Everyone should try this Friends initially it seems to difficult to follow a shedule but trust me it is worth trying this rather regretting later I added other things like switching subjects after 1:30hrs (i found it really interesting and efficiently improving).
Save your time 1. Do high cardioactivity like running or skipping in morning and then study 2. Take breaks in studying each topic. 3.revise 4.each day do atleast 2 subjects 5. In every 4 5 hours do running or skipping My opinion for( boys)- Follow semen retention

Sir I came back after 6 days I have completed qualitative analysis, periodic classfication,Bonding, Square upto 80, All GOC trends. PS: I Have used this technique 2 times per day morning 8 am ,evening 5 pm. Additional benifit: I feel my mind fresh amd didnot feel sleepy.I have a Habit of evening nap for 2 hours. Edit: In 20 days I have completed whole inorganic organic
Summary :- After getting up from bed, do any high cardio activity for 8-10 mins unless you become wet by ur sweat. Uske baad tumhara/aapka tough ch/subject uuthao aur padho.
Sir aapne jo second technique batai breaks waali wo me 10th se follow krra hu aur mujhe 10th ki biology ab bhi achi se yaad hai :) ....idk about this video but mujhe 10th me khud hi discover ki thi ki ye strategy kaafi useful hai ... But thanks sir bahut ache tips the mujhe quite effective laga because 2nd mere liye kaam kr gaya tha 10th me so i ll surely follow all of em and try to get back to you with better results sir :) thanks.
I wasted my 2 years for preparing for JEE. Never gonna give competitive exams in my life. I have a strong interest in Film Making and I should have pursued that after 10th along with studies. I will never recommend anyone to study just to have a safe career as you will not give your 100% in that. Do what you want to do in life with 100% dedication. And you will do much much better in that field than in which your not interested. Peace ✌️

Today at my tuition,my teacher asked me a ques from solutions(which I've studied yesterday with my extreme efforts)but today i wasn't able to recall any of the single ques,and a part from this my physics teacher asked me an another ques related to electrostatics(which I was studying with my full dedication just before my tuition)and the same thing happened I wasn't able to recall the concept, believe me this made me really depressed I wasn't able to concentrate again,I cried at least for a hour,now I'm surely gonna try these Techniques and will edit it fter 1.5month.thank you sir! Sir it definitely works... Before the Lockdown I used to Score around 220/300 marks but after the lockdown I used to get up in morning and used to ran for 30 min...daily...And Now I am scoring in range of 280/300 marks...😀
