I was in tears, thx I'm now an emotional wreck!?! 😭 This is one of my favourite songs and Supergirl is my favourite tv series. I love their bond, I have two younger sisters and I would love to establish a bond as beautiful and as strong as that! I hope that Alex's mind wipe isn't permanent but since it's CW there is very little chance of this being easy. This current storyline is killing me with her memory gone. She's missing this huge part of herself not knowing who Supergirl is to her. Great work capturing how important they are to one another.
The only reason I’ve stuck with Supergirl after the pilot is this relationship (well, I was also hooked by Cat Grant in the pilot). As an older sister myself, I’ve always felt connected to Alex, and now that they’ve lost such a huge part of their sisterhood, I am sooo sad. I hope Alex gets her memories back, but I am also moved by her willingness to help Kara by volunteering to be mind wiped.
I think Alex is such an important aspect of Kara's life that losing a person who knows her that well and not being able to share her whole being with her is what's going to be the hardest part for her.
The connection between these two is like no other. It reminds me soo much of me and my brother!! I wish there was more shows out showing how good bros can be together.
