I installed it nothing went wrong but it wont show the printer on the view printer and devices. What could have went wrong?

I know this is a long shot as you commented over 4 years ago... but did you ever get this machine and set it up with a mac?
Ive been having major issues with my mac and plotters recently and wondering if its work just getting a simple windows machine to run the plotter instead.
@@SuPrAmAd101 Running into walls left and right here as well. Trying to find the best software configuration for a print and cut workflow using MacOS and Illustrator 2020. Using Mimaki JV33-160 and Roland GS24.
It shouldn't be this complicated.
Chenango Creative Labs apparently Mac OS has always had issues running software like this and windows is the way to go for hassle free workflow. Its a bit of a shame as id like everything on one computer but somethings arnt meant to be. I should be getting my GS24 this week, so hopefully it solves the issue.
