We normally use a bread that’s not so thick so it doesn’t take away from whatever kind of meat or seafood you’re eating. But with bread this thick, a few minutes under the boiler would have made it even better. 💜💛💚 ⚜️

Thank you for writing the entire amount of seasonings. I’m a beginner cook and I really don’t like the salt to taste or seasoning to taste because my food tends to be overs salty unlike when you add the amounts.

Okay! Thank you! I had some frozen shrimp and ciabatta bread in the freezer. Everything else was in the fridge and pantry. I was disappointed because I was going to make red beans and rice. But I couldn't get a smoked ham hock, which I think is essential with the andouille. Perfect meal to use up your lettuce, cilantro, onion, tomato etc! Made up my roumalade and letting everything chill.....you know this is going to be good! Thanks again for really good and easy meal ideas that anyone can do!
