Check your projects. I did NOT skip to wony. I ran to DC and boosted in the menu to 30 and leveled to 40 in DC. Any guess to this issue? ⬇️⬇️
finish keener mission you will fix it it happen to me i was level 40 and did all wony except keener mission and i saw this after completion i got all projects back
What about finishing Echo and game wants you to do same for other characters? Not recognized that it is done on my fourth character by my first.
Plus I'm not getting the targeted loot option on my map on my new character too. Hopefully this is temporary cuz otherwise this whole situation sucks and then they don't even want you to use your main character anymore and they're trying to get you to use the new seasonal and then you have this crap happening. It's ridiculous
I also thought this was most likely caused by either not physically completing main story missions or not completing settlement projects. I’m going to try the Keener mission tomorrow and see if that works for me, thanks!
Something isn't completed in WONY. I had started a character a while back and had left it at 38. After the crafting station bug came about I decided to use that character to do the crafting station bug, but after hitting 40 the bench wouldn't roll over and I only had 3 projects available. I did not complete WONY in its entirety on that profile
You have to finish WONY all main missions, then projects show up.

i have all my projects after completing WoNY…
I am on PC. I created 2 mules since Year 6. The first mule I boosted to WONY from the start, and levelled to 40 in DC, they did NOT have any projects. The second one I started at level 1, ran to DC, boosted using store (not chopper) and this mule DID/DOES have all the projects.

Can confirm. Started a new character in DC yesterday to level 32 then started WONY. Hit level 40 before Keener mission and got the watch, then completed Keener mission and projects are all there. Problem seems to be a bug with reaching level 40 without completing Keener mission.
I leveled a character, using the boost, entirely in DC; upon reaching level 40, I realized I have numerous level 30 projects: I have the Weekly Requisition, no Legendary, no Daily, no Weekly, just a bunch of Settlement and Side Mission Projects.
If you go to WONY you lose access to projects until you finish Keener. If you level in DC you keep access to projects.
TBF, people don't run up level 40s for the projects. It's only about the mats. With that said, they're are changing other things that are way more depressing then this. What love was left, slowly fading away.
I also had the same problem with my fourth character. Only one project was displayed from level 40. My solution was to go to New York and unlock the map/investigation and complete the investigation up to Keener. After that I was shown all
the projects and can also complete the weekly donation and get an Exotic part.
All skills were also unlocked.
@kamikaze if you have WONY you have to do all mission in WONY to get all your projects
I've had four characters for a long time. I ran through Warlords on my fourth character a few times to build up resources, but I got tired of that and have kept my fourth character ever since. Now I'm glad I did.
I just made a season 6 character, because someone posten a video that you can craft godrolled pieces, To bad you can't share those by the way, also, bij the time you're done the Keener manhunt, the exploit was fixed. And godrolled items crafting is done.
My character is up to level 40. Did your dark zone thing. Went to projects desk. Have al projects. Didn't initiate the manhunt in the basement yet. Did that now as well. Still have 13 projects to do. Gaming on a pc...wish I could post foto's. Did buy the share stuff from Inaya at the crafting table.
I have one I started by boosting to WONY, no projects. I made another and boosted in DC and I have projects. Both are still under 40
good to know.
I'm not allowed to upgrade my crafting station maybe this is why.
You need ro finish Keener, then you have access to all projects
The easy way around this is to make a character without the boost. Finish the Washington tutorial and then use the boost. In this case you will have all the projects
Yeah Kami, I did all the WONY content, and I have projects on my mule character I made a week or two ago.
I originally thought they were implementing parts of the new gameplay mechanics in season 2 regarding seasonal and main characters. Thanks for the warning!
Phil, Western Australia. Just got my new mule up to level 40, watch activated. My projects disappeared except the descent. Thought I had fkd up until I saw your latest video.

Did you do wony? If you do wony with the character, the projects will show up. I had to do this as i used dc with help to level up fast at 40. I was not able to access everything like matchmaking and the projects, then i did wony, and everything got fixed. I hope this helps

I made a new mule (season 6) on the PC and did the blueprint/materials transfer thing at level 30. All projects were available at level 30 so I did the SHD one at that time. Once I reached lvl 40 the projects that were previously there disappeared.
I had this happen to me as well. Someone had told me it was because I did not to the Keener mission, but this confirms that it was indeed not the Keener mission, but a bug.
Do you not have to finish the settlement projects before you open the daily and weekly?
Quick question so if you reach level 40 and you don't respect into the watches Four Corners but use the watches scavenger points for your main character is that a thing?? Like can you use your watches scavenger points from your level 40 on your main character?
You are able to share materials and blue prints only with your main character. Once you buy the blue prints from I’naya at the White House, any SHD points earned will be shared with all characters going forward. If you plan on deleting your mule, spend all the watch points before buying the blue prints and shared materials
You get the projects if you go to NY and play the Keener manhunt. Pathway etc. including the Keener final mission. Players who don't have the NY expansion don't get any projects and of course don't get the new skills either. We have the choice: level up the old way and get the projects straight away or level up in Washington and possibly delete the character again or make him fully functional and quickly romp through NY with a striker set. I've tested it out.
I noticed the projects issue last week when I made the character for God rolls.
@Kamikazevondoom - I also noticed this a few days after the new season dropped and I made a new character to try out jumping back to DC to fully level up. There was something else I notice but I’m not sure if it’s a me or game issue because I don’t have other platforms to test on. My watch is fully leveled up and if you look at the DC map, all the main story missions and side missions are marked as completed, I might be wrong but when you previously just jumped up to level 30 and had to finish WONY, you could still do all the side missions back in DC and the main missions weren’t initially marked as completed. What I also noticed was if I tried to matchmake a main mission, I would ONLY match into missions that I physically completed. No missions that were ‘auto’ completed would matchmake.
I’m thinking that has something to do with the missing projects. I was going to confirm this by playing through all the initial story missions as well as completing any settlement projects but I haven’t completed them all yet. I’d love to hear from someone that has completed all the startup projects and verify if the weekly projects show up after.
I run on PC and I made a character this past weekend, to test the crafting station bug. My new character has all of it's projects. The XP for each project is still messed up but they are there.
Also there is another bug with countdown with that character, if you matchmake and go to do the mission, you cant do the mission. No loot, no clock countdown show, cant see your team and if you choose to finish the mission the helicopter cant rescue you and the npc in the final (when the hunter appers) just spawn like no ending. And get stuck in there, until open the map and travel to white house. (sorry for my english)
No, the way you do it is start at level 1, speak to the first person in white house then go talk to quarter master...AFTER, go into your addons and activate the WONY pass and boost to 30, your map will look a lot different.
I'm on xbox, I created a new character when you did the god roll bench video, and it's got all the projects, but I did spec up my watch and upgrade the work bench
Another issue that I don’t know if anyone else has is disappearing resources. Example: I have 2,500 steel and use 250 to expertise my weapon another percent. I’m suppose to have 2,250 left right? Nope. I now have 1,750 and then when I leave to play the game and I’ve earned some from drops or scavenging points, I have 500 left but I’ve only been earning and not learning. It’s been happening to all my resources and keys. I’ve tried to keep my resources at 1000 or more to always have some but now I’m out of resources for basically everything and I didn’t use them completely.
I had the same problem with a mule I created years ago. I just leveled it up by fast traveling to DC & leveling it up there. When I finally completed NY WONY the current projects showed up correctly. However the crafting bench is stuck at specialized. says I can upgrade but when I try it takes my money but doesn’t upgrade anything!
My shd lvl not sync on my new character when it reach lvl 40. even after buying shared materials blueprint from Inaya. I have to logout and log back in to sync the shd lvl to the new character. done new mule twice and same happens. I dont know is that an issue or normal thing
I am a new player, just bought the game and warlords like 2 weeks before update. Made a character after update, but there are projects for it, its just different from the main one.
I had to complete the WONY missions before it would sync up with with the projects being the same on both Playstation and XBOX.

Just came back from holiday on Thursday. Friday, took all my good kit off a mule to stash, deleted mule and am half way through the 4 WONY missions so I could use the god rolled crafting bench. Now I find out no god rolled kit, and my mule is fubar 😱🤦♂️😭
Also bro…… I just found this over the last few days……. In descent, if you choose the healing trap, when you go to deploy it, your character glitches out, continuing to fire no matter what you do, and stuck all the while. Tested it 5 times and all 5 times same results. FYI
Are the projects really bugged, or was it intended?
I may be mistaken, but I also think xp is off for activities and cp.
I do have one that was the first I noted when I got my watch when I got to 40 in NY without killing Keener, so I will check her and see if she has projects.
I noticed that when I started a year 6 mule. But I wanted to get all my skills so I did wony. Once I did that the projects were there
I just checked on my mule I created for the crafting bench, and I can confirm that I have all projects. I completed WoNY to max out the crafting bench to craft mods. On my lvl 30 (pre season 6) character I do not have the same projects as my lvl 40's. With the new mules because of the ability to level to 40 without going to NY, you probably have to complete Keener in NY to unlock all projects.
I have another Projects bug(?) No one seems to be talking about... the 30-39 dailies include 2 "run xyz on challenging difficulty"
problem is... there is no challenging difficulty anymore. You can only do story, normal, and hard.
I am on PC and both my new characters since Year 6 have access to all projects just like my main character.
a friend deleted a character last weekend. he then received an echo_03 message. logged out logged in. Everything seems normal. He logged in again on Monday. Now Ubisoft has reset 3 of its characters. also empty the 2 mule characters with all items in them until level 40. No pro.level 25 item available anymore.
Only happens if you boost into NY. If you start in Washington then boost to 30 with the boost in the store its fine. All the projects show up. That being said, if you then shoot off (after starting in Washington) to NY to get xp there, all your projects except the descent project disappear. I already reported this to Ubisoft. Waiting for response.
I haven't booted this game up in almost 3 years and I am so overwhelmed I literally don't know what to do, so I just turned the game back off.
So I think this bug came after this last update. The one when they fixed the god rolled crafting. Because I made a new character right after year 6 season one dropped and I leveled him just through DC. And I just checked and he still has all the projects.

I had a level 30 I never took to New York. She had all of her projects. I took her to New York since you can come back now. Projects disappeared. Made her months ago. Not date of character made. Date of making 40 before year 6
I did have this bug for my latest mule when I was leveling it up but when I got to 40 and did stuff like the table upgrade and such the bug went away. No idea what causes it, it seems to be all over the place.
I'm not sure if this is associated with that bug or glitch but I can't look on my map and either New York or Washington I don't have any Target loot anywhere it doesn't show up on my map
Confirmed post yr 6 characters that boost to 30 via WONY, keener mission finished, projects are there. Until keener mission done, they didn’t show up
I don't know if anyone has talked about this but for some reason I can't do the Manning National Zoo time trial it won't let me switch to it
You may have to complete the stronghold on story mode first if you’re using a boosted character. After that you unlock the replay options to compete at a higher difficulty.
Not only the projects, the crafting station still in purple, u can't raise to gold
If you have WONY, finish Liberty Island. If you only have DC, finish Tidal Base.
Do both in Story Mode and the projects will be back.
BTW: Known bugs on the Discord server from Ubisoft.

It's a new bug. I had projects on my on my new mule before the patch.
I created new mule on year six, leveled up to 40 in DC without touching WONY dlc. Everything is unlocked and all projects is showing up.

My fourth didn’t finish wony and only had 1 project. It was level 40 before y6s1. When I went to the character, I had the rabbit hole y6s1 mission in New York. However, I couldn't get to the location. It showed that it was underground, when I checked my map it disappeared.

I have this bug too but I also have another one since the start of year six. Whenever I log in and try to start the game I have a corrupted data message and the game won't start . I re-start maybe 2 or 3 times and its fine again. Just wondering if anyone else has this problem . Only happening since the start of year six.
just finished leveling a hardcore character yesterday beat keener and all can confirm do not have any projects. major kick in the nuts tbh, hope they fix it. pc user.
If I’m right maybe wrong but new characters may need to complete Warlords in order to see the projects for that character but I did start my last 2 characters the night before Y6 I could be wrong but I got to 40 on both characters but didn’t do just the Keener mission but when I finished his mission they came up after
if u see it only says level 40 for character no shd level u have to finish warlord to get shd level and then get project. i did new one this week.
So I had 3 mules, none of them level 40 until I learned I was losing out on Scavanger points. Took my first mule and got him to level 40
Two problems
1- I can’t get his crafting bench to level 40 High End and
2- no projects
I had 2 low level characters jump to level 30. My WONY character is glitched out and can't upgrade the bench either in NY or DC. I started a ticket already and am waiting for a reply.

I have this EXACT same bug on my character i made, but i used New York to boost my character to 30 and after the intro i went back to DC, turns out if you use New York to boost and don't complete the dlc then the projects will not show. At least for me, soon as you complete new york and go back to DC all the projects show up
If you use DC to boost to 30 then the projects are there. Just don't boost with new york and you're fine

Too late. already did this. Got bored and ran my mule though Washington main missions and you can go all the way to Lvl 40 without going to NY. I got my watch just like you, the other problem I found it, since I got to lvl 40 without going to NY, it won't let me go to NY without finishing manhunt. But It won't let me complete the manhunt so I delete the agent rebuilt it and bootsted to NY.
when the god roll crafting glitch was active. i tried to roll for 13% protection from elite. i only got 12s. Any other gear was god rolled. confirmed my suspicions that 13 dont exist anymore🤨
If you run WONY you will not have this error this only happens when you do 30-45 in DC
Hey mate, I can say that the mule I made (mostly b/c of your god mod video ) has all the projects listed. I have like some others say did the entire wony run to level up said mule, I never went to Dc as lvl 30. I went like it was before after I hit 40 and beat keener
So I built a new character before new season, it was a level 30 character with all level 30 gear, now I have a 30 level character, with all 29 level gear.
Finish ny and it will fix it but the problem im having is control points wont change to heroic and my crafting table wont go past blue
The level 30 boost just vanished from the store tab for me, i need to go to do Wony and make all the dlc missions
I created a mule after update and boosted character in WONY killed keener and i have all projects, if you level to 40 in DC I'm sure you have to complete Tidal Basin to unlock everything. I think!
My skills have frozen, can't activate or switch to another skill set. In the middle of invaded mission. Probably due to poor server connnection that keeps popping up. May have to log off.
So, seems like physically completing just the Keener Liberty Island mission fixed the projects issue but what about players that don’t have the WONY expansion, how can they ‘unlock’ weekly projects? Obviously a bug that needs to be fixed.
This happens if you boost to WONY, if you only stay in DC the projects are fine, I have leveled and deleted about 5 mules since start of season 6. Just don't boost to WONY.
Had to run all of my New York mission again for everything to open up. And it's will after the liberty mission. 😊😊
I found another bug. If you created a new character during the year 6 update, for some reason your E Credits don't share with your main character anymore
They never did. You always had to use watch points for credits after a NY run and any credits you bought with your NY watch characters would never transfer to your main.

It’s not a bug. Those are endgame projects. Only available after beating wony.
That's the point. They said that as of Y6S1 endgame would be available for everyone. Those endgame projects shouldn't be locked behind WONY anymore. Another bug that can be added to the already mile-long list.
@@m0nk3yh check the season 2.0 faq. The one endgame was for gear and legacy manhunts not set in nyc. You clearly need wony for endgame projects. For example, how can you do a project that requires you to defeat named cleaners if you dont have wony? Or named rikers? Or any project that requires you to do missions in nyc?
@@jonming6676 You definitely have a point there. It's just not fair if you initially say 'endgame is available to everyone', but then don't provide everyone with all endgame opportunities. If that's the case, they should adjust the projects so that they can truly offer everyone the same endgame.

Anybody else getting delta’ed a ton on console? I’m on PlayStation and get delta’ed quite a bit and I don’t know how to report it. If you could please relay it somehow to the devs Kami or anybody really, that would be greatly appreciated.
My husband had new and old mules and has no problem with anything, so it's probably a glitch for some players.
PC iv'e not had this issue. I have two that I regularly delete now. one does WoNY which I find quicker than the 30-40 DC the other I often run 1 to 30 without boost and jump in with some new players. the XP issues in DC are starting to get on my nerves.
There had to be some sort of incentive to buy WONY. I couldn’t see the projects until I went back and completed Liberty island.
For me the bounties keep bugging out. Doors wont open to buildings bosses dont spawn in and ill.be waiting for like 10 mins and then it just completes
