Look who's back! I was a but worried we would never see you again after you got your dream job. That you would forget about us and wouldn't need this community anymore.
Talking about great reads this year, Vigdis Hjorth became one of my new favourite authors. I've read three books by her so far and loved them all.

So good about Penguin and Vanity Fair! I wasn’t getting your videos suggested for the last few months so I’m a bit late to the game but welcome back 🙏🏻

What an EPIC wrap up! SO many books in here that I absolutely have to read! I am so thankful for these wrap ups because I literally go back to them all the time to remember which books I need to read next and then I return to them again when I finish the book to rewatcg your review. lol You just have impeccable taste and such an infectious way of making me want to read a particular book. Thanks for doing this and for all the great recommendations!

so glad to see a new video from u! my fave read of this summer was we all want impossible things by catherine newman (sooo beautiful and poignant and witty) and my least fave was probably my nemesis by charmaine cragg (intriguing premise but very dull execution).

I am currently reading Happy Couple by Naoise Dolan. I love it so much but I also don't see the comparisons made between her and Sally Rooney. Have you read it? I know you read Exciting Times. I didn't, I could never get into it. Great video, so many recs.

My professor recommended to me 2666 - if you want to go over that book (and others) with our book club, let me know (I have to keep this comment as ambiguous as possible so that RUclips doesn't think it's spam)
