Our rational method calcs (in the Denver area) require a different runoff C value for different design storm peak flow calcs. i.e. for the same basin, the 5-yr runoff C is different than the 100-yr runoff C. Is there a way in SSA to have different C values for the same basin, to be used for different design storm analysis? I can only see the option to have a single C value for an individual subbasin.

Hi! I don't know of a way to do that! If you figure it out, please let me know :)

I took another look, as well as looking through the manual and I don’t think there’s a way to do this :(

Hi, i have to design my pipes using different intensity than my basin can i do that or do i have to run two different models

Yes! You can have the model setup to run multiple events in the same model

How would you make a detention storage such as macadam bed in SSA? Would you just make a pipe with the same storage volume?

Yes you can make a pond storage item and set the outflow with an orifice, weir or rating curve
