Hi =] It's called a capo =] It's basically a clamp fastened across all the strings of a fretted musical instrument to raise their tuning... :D Hope this helps? :D
No it's not that difficult ! :P I wanted to make my guitar sound like this.. and this seems the best way to play it-- although it is a TAD harder to play because the frets are way smaller-- and continues to get smaller as you go higher.. and if I have fat fingers! :P

It seems difficult but since shes has her capo on the C# it's easier for her to play that way... :)
