so to summarise: money making: do payphone hits as much as you can, 'cos money (85k / hit if you can do it in the way Franklin tells you to, and takes about 2-5 minutes.) do 200 contracts to unlock the maximum safe income (rescue operation > vehicle recovery > liquidise assets. NO ASSET PROTECTION! ) Do the Dr. Dre mission (1 mill or so in an hour) (be careful, to reset it, you have to complete the Franklin and Lamar missions at the end) As for upgrades: get the vehicle workshop so you can use Imani tech upgrades (Mostly recommended for the Buffalo and the Champion, since those 2 are the best cars compatible with the upgrades) (Armory is also nice, you can fulfill all of your weaponry needs in one place, with a 5% discount. Including buying new weapons, weapon mods, or even ammo/body armors) (the Accomodation is also pretty nice, it usually has a really nice view, and you can go sleep with Chop. A must have for dog lovers. Also it allows you to set your spawnpoint in your agency,) (the rest of the upgrades are purely cosmetic)
Great summary. For security contracts, it will take 34 hours to do 200 of them (for an average contract taking 5 minutes to complete, and plus another 5 minutes to cooldown, it’ll take 10 minutes between each contract. Completing 200 of them add ups to 2000 minutes, divide by 60)
With vehicle recovery, watch out for this bad mission. Whenever the mission says "go to Humane Labs", you're better off switching sessions. If you don't, you'll be stuck fighting your way through the labs, driving a slow boxville back into the city while Merryweather will probably kill you over and over.
How I stopped Merryweather was take cover at the labs and killed whoever showed up. After a while they stop spawning and I drove the Boxville back to city without any more hassle.
Once you're done at the labs Merriweather shows up in 3 waves, I never drive the boxville immediately once done with the labs , I fly my oppressor to the labs, once there I despawn the Mk2, spawn in my APC or Kanjalii, lay proximity mines along the route Merriweather takes , leave the APC at the lab truck entrance, run up the stairs to the other lab entrance, make my way to the boxville, exit the boxville and get in the APC / tank , proximity mines and APC turret takes out all 3 waves of Merriweather, hop in the boxville and drive in peace back to the Agency, I always do this in a invite only session
the easy way to stop mary weather after you picked up the money is to drive to van out, wait for a wave of enemies to spawn, and then drive it back into the garage. basically just going coward and backwards a few times then it’s all clear, works for me every-time
@@salmaankhan8376, I do 95% of my work in friends only / invite only sessions / which is why I made 450 million, I own nearly every warstock vehicle, own half of all legendary sports cars , public lobbies only slow you down, I go into public lobbies only for war
Love using the Deluxo in the rescue missions. About 3 missiles is all it takes for the minimal amount of enemies and the VIP is really resilient to damage so he’s not easy to accidentally kill if he’s danger close to your incoming barrage.
Here’s my top 3 fastest contracts: - Gang termination (With Khanjali) - Liquidize assets - Rescue operation For gang termination, it is very easy and quick to do it with the Khanjali tank. There are different spawns this mission can take place. The notable ones are the sawmill and the ship. For the sawmill, be careful with the tank since it can get stuck on a few areas. For the ship, I highly recommend using a savage or something similar and shoot them with missles from afar. For liquidize assets, after you destroy the target you will get a wanted level. Lester doesn’t work. But you can just request a terrorbyte, MOC, or Avenger and go inside it. Once you’re inside, wanted level will be gone and mission will be complete. For rescue operation, I recommend using a fast chopper, or if you get the one in the scrapyard or the dam I recommend an armored kuruma.
IMO, despite it being the most expensive, Hawick is the best agency location. - In Dre's contract, it's the most convenient location for many of the missions, especially the Nightlife leak, the South Central leak, and the final mission. If solo, you're going to be grinding the Dre Contract a lot now that Cayo has a big cooldown. - It's also the most convenient location for the Recover Valuables and Recover Vehicle missions. The reason this is important is these missions can get the Specialist+ payout of around $70K. Even if you get the Humane Labs mission for vehicle recovery, you are in the most convenient spot to do it. - Hawick is very fast and easy to enter whether on foot, by car, or by helicopter. Both the garage and office entrance are right on the street and right next to each other. The helipad is next to a few buildings, but it's not far off the ground so it's easy to quickly land and take off from there.
@@matthenley3886 Yes, but not always. - For MC businesses, the cheapest locations in Sandy Shores are the best. If you're only getting them for the nightclub, you obviously want to go as cheap as possible. If you actually plan to sell from them, they have the shortest delivery times. - For arcades, La Mesa is the best because it's closest to the casino. Thus it's easiest from there to make the elite time during the casino heist finale. Also it's close to the best large cargo warehouse locations, and you can order/check crate status at the arcade's MCT quickly. - On hangar, whether you're buying in LSIA or Fort Zancudo, you might as well get the cheapest hangar in either place since there's no real advantage to more expensive hangars. - On offices, Arcadius is half the price of Maze Bank Tower, but they're right next to each other and Arcadius has more convenient access points for when you're on foot or in a helicopter.
I used to park the terrorbyte outside the agency, then do a well payed security contract, then do the bank robery mission in the cooldown, a vip work, a payphone hit and repeat. That grind help me a lot
Your picks for the agency contract missions are exactly my picks as well. And at times I make my money up quick while doing the vip contracts and all other contracts. The agency is a great money making business.
The agency is the most essential property to own. I do the security contracts and payphone hits back to back with VIP work and client jobs. The in house ammunation is a must as well. I would argue that players buy an agency before a submarine for Cayo Perico.
@@BryanAFC The Kosatka is only for one mission. Yeah it was worth it to play back to back. But getting the agency will open up a bunch of good paying missions that makes the grind for everything else less painful.
@@Musty_Mustard Grinding the Dre contract and doing payphone hits/security contracts will give you more money than a single cayo run. It's essential buying the agency first than kotsaka.
Agency is worth it for the pay phone hits alone and the Imani tech. The Dre contract takes a little while for the money it pays but it can be entertaining and decent profits still. Even normal contracts can kill some time in between waiting for some other timers in online but way too much effort for just ok money again. Only thing most people recommend that I really disagree with is completing 250 contracts just for the passive income: that gets too repetitive and boring and even if you can tolerate repetitive grinding, you could instead source cargo and make quite a bit more money. Just doing contracts sporadically is far better option than trying to do 250 within something like a few days.
respectfully bro i highly disagree , recover valuables is the best and the fastest contract , all the others take more time. I especially hate the vehicle recovery contract because of the one mission where you have to go to humane labs.
They should tie in the phone hits into maxing out its daily income. 200 security contracts are ridiculous. there are only 3 types, and they are pretty boring after a while. Bullet resistant windows are great especally for rescue contracts and asset liquidation. The Speedo custom would be great for gang eliminations except the Lost MC one which doesn't work because the targets often are in the second level of the ruined hotel where they are running guns from. You can't hit them with the mounted gun if they are on the second floor.
Pro tip:avoid vehicle recovery and assets protection cos they can take very long, but only one vehicle recovery you should avoid the one from humane lab, but you can do it if you want but it will take you around 10 minutes to even get out of the humane lab with the vehicle, and it's a pretty slow one

The agency is a good buy it's a 3-1 money maker only other one that's 3-1 is auto shop. Dr Dre contract takes way to long to make $1M way faster ways to get a $1M. The Imani tech is good but now that we can sell in ANY lobby a bit useless. The cars are pretty good as well. Also u get the music studio as well.
You should complete recover valuables - gang termination - rescue operation - sometimes vehicle recovery in that order from easiest to most complicated any others take longer and not worth it
Liquidize Assets usually takes me ten minutes in the most optimal circumstances. I avoid it at all costs. Instead, recover valuables is what I replaced liquidize assets with.
theres also another way to make money when you complete the dr dre contract you can go to his studio and you can become franklin and lamar and do missions that pay 50k
This is my next port of call buying a agency, I've done one of the Dre missions by invite already the one where you storm the recording studio and take out all those bangers for I think if I remember rightly a tape of Dre's or some music or something. I personally really liked the mission and wasn't sure how to activate them, now I do. I have vehicles that I can weaponise and I have heard that you can put countermeasures onto vehicles that have that specific upgrade option. That last part about the countermeasures I'm not sure about fully as it's something I heard but still I want a agency suit so I can do the Dre missions alone I really enjoyed that first one that I did.
2:31 I stole that helicopter after the FIB data mission. I was getting swarmed so I jumped off the building and spawned my Speedo Custom and fought tooth and nail to get to the freaking sewer with 5 stars waited it out and then spawned my Mark 2 Oppressor went back and flew it to my hanger and painted it. Gonna have to disagree on the location. Hawick is by *FAR* the best location. You've got almost straight shot down to LSIA for recovering the Sprunk Motorbike, to the Vanilla Unicorn for recovering the Judge's watch, to the Balla's garage for recovering the rich kid's ride, and its really close to Tequila-la for recovering the stolen jewelry. It's withing spitting distance of the dam for rescuing the lawyer, and not much farther away from terminal, the junk yard, or the woods for 3 other rescue missions, while being quite a bit closer to the desert for that rescue op (you should be doing rescue ops in the free agency heli, so road access is less important). It's also MUCH closer to humane labs for the single most tedious (and SLOW) vehicle recovery mission. I do not at all regret spending the extra 820,000 for the Hawick office over Little Seoul. The only mission that's really a PITA to get to that the other locations might do better is taking a car to the Duggan wine barrel asset protection, but it's probably better to just heli over there and then call your turreted vehicle to you and play shooting gallery for 10 minutes than to drive there, regardless of agency location. And I didn't even mention it's almost right next door to my Nightclub in Downtown Vinewood!
It takes maybe 10 seconds longer to fly my heli to Sandy, saving mere seconds of time is not a good argument to why you should spend 800,000 especially when there are no sell missions
@@pooborama4608 10 seconds * 200 missions is a half hour. And I think "10 seconds" is a hyperbolically low figure, particularly on vehicle recovery, *especially* on the Humane Labs one.
@@PhotriusPyrelus the little seoul one is taller, so your helic starts much higher up, and all that time spent ascending if you use the hawick one eats up whatever savings you have made based on horizontal distance. Not only that but hawick agency is bordered by 2 taller buildings, so landing via helicopter is actually a bit slower than the little seoul one, where you can travel full speed from any direction to still land in it. I had the hawick one since the beginning, but now I'm using the little seoul one and it's really very nice.
Recover Valuables only 2 spawn location(strip club tequila la) very close to all the agencies and you know where the enemies spawn easy to kill. I complete them in like 2-3 min

Main pull for me was the $20k every 48 minutes once you do 201 security contracts but if you don't want to grind those then I'd say it's up to you whether to get one or not

Mine xD
This guy still goes to ammunation to go buy vests lol 😆
Thanks it helped a lot!
❤️❤️❤️❤️
16 bullets, the windows take 16
And the only Imani tech vehicle that can take 12 rockets is the omnis egt
Recover Valuables only 2 spawn location(strip club tequila la) very close to all the agencies and you know where the enemies spawn easy to kill.
I complete them in like 2-3 min
Once you’ve completed the dr Dre missions can you do them again? And if so is it less pay out the second time
Yes you can keep doing it. I forget if there is money for each mission you do during it but yeah at the end you get the million again.
Excited for the stream!
Been wanting it the day it came out but now I’m grinding for it - i just need 1.9 more million.
Gang termination: just use a Kanjali
Let’s go 10k+
Id recommend doing stealing valuables just kill some people and find a code for a safe with the code and return it
If you’re trying to lose the cops there is a tunnel that leads to underground on the freeway !! The cops never go down there I lose 5 stars every single time.
That helped me get the award of losing 5 stars 50 times😅
@@YDNO- nice 😂🙌🏽 it’s my go to every time! Stick to what works lol
I have the vigilante so I just used it as my batcave
Dude same. The subway tunnel next to the mile high club is my go to location all the time.
valuebles are the easiest one for me. go to the tequi la la or vanilla unicorn
Its actually 201 contracts to complete
Hey, how do you change the background art of the Vehicle Workshop in the Agency?
W
Best to worst (according to vid)
Rescue operation
Recover valuables (not mentioned)
Vehicle recovery
Liquidize assets
Gang termination
Asset protection
Valuable recovery is easy and way better than rescue operation. Do not do the humane labs monkey car recovery contract.
just bought one!!
Recover Valuables is better then vehicle recovery.
You get like 200 dollars every 48 minutes
Does that reset if you find a new lobby before that time comes. For example 30mins in a find a new lobby would I have to wait 48mins or 18mins
Should I get a agency ? Or should I get a facility ?
Agency
Gang termination is the best security contract by far
My agency is bugged after i gone to ps5 🔥 sometimes things not loading in like decorations , sometimes i lost all the money in the safe 🔥🌧 and i reported it to rockstar and they said pull out the power cable and other useless things , still not fixed lol they promised me in the future they will fix it and its started in april
Anybody else notice the agency office shelves are empty and there’s boxes of documents in the office now???
you missed the most easy one "Recover Valuables", takes like 3 mins
Where can you see how many of the missions you did for the passive income ?
I’m so split on the decision to buy or not…
I very do e 143 Franklin missions. How many toll I get full safe fill ups
hi pooborama
How do you get Franklin to finish with his part so I can actually do any missions
Hey poob, what was the car you were driving at the start of the vid? Thanks
Oh ok champion mb
I didnt get a cutscene after buying the little seoul agency. How do I trigger the cutscene
you're little off when it comes to the agency. if you continue to do the agency contracts you can get more money per 48 minutes. its just like the night club that you can make 50k every 48 minutes but you have to complete 500 contracts to get that 50k.
when you call franklin and set up a security contract does that count towards the 200?
What car is are u using in this video
Main pull for me was the $20k every 48 minutes once you do 201 security contracts but if you don't want to grind those then I'd say it's up to you whether to get one or not
20k every gta day is nothing
@@youngboy258it’s still free money
Does anyone know how much money a friend will make when they do the contract with you
Recover valuables is the easiest
Made 9 million playing the Franklin missions
I have same suit
im level 48 and i have exactly 2 mil, should i invest in the agency?
No go buy supmarin and do cayo heist .i am lvl 59 with 20 mil and i just started 8 days ago 😂💪🏻
@@Abdullah_alz07 ok thx
Droodles Blitz?
Does anyone know how to get the 2 other posters on the main stairwell..? Can’t find anything about this anywhere… on the main stairwell in your agency there’s only one poster at the top.. with 2 other spots that are empty.. annoying af
Why would we care about some posters lmao
I am waiting for the agency’s to be on sale
It was on sale a month ago and won't be on sale again for a while so may as well buy it now
nowww
Nowww
Why can’t I get in the heli?
Payphone hit is part of my "grind" regime. #1 Ammunation resupply Bunker $50K, #2 Mixed Exports from Office $50K, and #3 Payphone Hit $85K. Can possibly make $370K/hr. Dont think the Dre Heist is as easy to do as Cayo. I've got Cayo down to a science.
@@The_El_Guapo yeah, the only time i did the Dre Heist it seems like it took me a long time. Might have to re-visit. Yeah forgot to mention the Nightclub passive income, I always sell that in a packed lobby. It's exciting!
what is the max safe capacity?
250k
Is that doodles
Droodles blitz
Does anyone know the name of the car in the last mission of dr. Dre ?
Itali GTO I believe
@@kye3398 thanks 🙏
@@VouDormirAteJa you're welcome!
Dude has 4 million to his name at level 84, and you people are seeking his advice?
You very clearly don't watch my content, This is my account I created 1 month ago and earned over 150Million. Maybe next time try to actually pay attention

Anyone wanna play gta with me (xbox) I’m just starting I kinda hate doing it alone
