Hey John! To be honest - I don’t know. We buy guitars second hand and set up inhouse following James Tyler method. But knowing the brand and Rich (current chief of operations) you cannot expect anything less than perfection.
I could play it straight out from the box, no issue. Some adjustments of the neck would need to be required depending on the region's humidity and weather conditions. After you get the neck straight, you can get the original setup as it is.
