LOVELY walk about, Soleil !! Amazing how the garden changes from week to week, isn't it??? (sometimes even daily!). Please continue to do these weekly tours as they are inspiring and FABulous!!!
Hi Soleil, Greetings from Charlotte, NC! Absolutely love and I look forward to your garden tours! It looks like your gardens get a good amount of light . I’m sure you carefully chose where to plant your trees and shrubs accordingly. I’m moving to a house where the lot is heavily wooded with large mature trees. I adore these mature trees and I hope to keep as many as I can. Wish me luck! Happy growing in your wonderful gardens. I always pick up good gardening tips on your channel. Thank you! 👌🪴🥰
Everything is looking so pretty. The winds have been busy. Stay safe. I’m especially loving my brunneras. Tulips what little I have are beautiful. Enjoy your weekend! 🌸🌿🌷☀️
What a difference a week makes in my garden as well. I love the variety of plants and trees you have. Can't wait to see everything blooming with the new fencing this year in your garden. The birds are always bringing seeds and weeds. That is how I adopted my long grassy plants in the front---- one of my favorites.
thank you for the video.. I am in Northern Lower Michigan, near traverse city. I can't believe how much further your garden is. Can't wait till my garden shines
I seem to have a ton of maple tree, red bud seedlings everywhere along with lots of lamium that I've never planted in alot of different places, I'm allowing the lamium to be a place keeper for future annual or perennial plants.
I bought 2 popstar hydrangeas last spring, I love those plants but the top growth has pretty much all died back but has green growth at the base. I'm confused because it says on the tag the less you trim the more blooms you will have but nothing is growing on the old growth at all. I guess I will just have to watch it and see what happens.
Thank you for a great tour! What is the name of the dianthus (bright pink) that you have in many places in your gardens (it's not blooming yet)? I think in the past you said it is an annual, but it always comes back for you. I would love to know the name so I can get some, thanks!

It is amazing how much growth happens and how quickly!
I have the Thalias too and love them. The winds in GR have been crazy too lately!
Yes, lots of baby maples and TONS of hairy bittercress!
Same!!
Everything is looking so fresh and good!
I was worried that my Dark Side of the Moon wouldn’t come back - it did, but a LOT later than my other Astillbes!

Glad you enjoyed it and thank you!
Things are looking great!!! Chance of frost tonight in my area of West Michigan. 🤞
Hope everything weathered the night!
Just beautiful
Thank you! 😊
❤ thank you for sharing. I love your garden.🎉
Thank you!!
Your gardens are absolutely beautiful! Did you create all of them yourself?
Sure did! 😃
Wow! So amazing ! Can you tell me what pen you have used for labelling your flower tags?
I use the pens from Garden Marker. They work great.
Love your gardens! Have you always been a zone 6a? I could have sworn you were a zone 5b like myself.
Yes, I was a 5b, but due to the temperatures rising my zone was recently reclassified to zone 6a.

They may still Leaf out with flowers so it is good to wait!

That one is telstar purple, but I agree it looks dark pink to me too!!
@@Suburbanoasis thank you!
The Penny's Pink hellebore is just opening now? Is that usual for them? Are they typically one of the lasts to bloom in your experience?
I just planted them last year, but they are in an area where the soil probably stays cooler longer.
Hi when do the brunerra leaves get bigger?
After they flower the large leaves come out.
Where did you get your cloches (cages)? What is the size of them height and width?
I got them from Gardeners supply company and I am sure they have the exact dimensions on their site for you! 👍
Maple seedlings are ridiculous here in N.Illinois this year
I have tons of Maple and hawthorn this year too.
Nice! What zone are you in ?
Zone 6a! Was a 5b until they reset the zones recently.
How is your heaven scent Jacobs ladder doing? Mine is still pretty small so far this year.
Doing good, but not a whole lot bigger....
🤩
The new side COVER UP YOUR TENDER PLANT …low temperature maybe frost#zone6🤦🏽♀️
