Hey Buzz how do I get a LPFM license with not filing periods in sight?
Have you checked out this URL: www.fcc.gov/media/radio/lpfm#WINDOWS
I doubt that there are any frequencies available, with all of the FM repeaters that were awarded to AM-only stations. Just about every AM station that wanted a FM translator, got one. Your best bet might be to look for a LPFM that's not using their license, and see if you can work out some kind of deal.
