Saitama is the main protagonist of the series and the titular One-Punch Man and the most powerful being to exist in the series. Saitama faces a self-imposed existential crisis, as he is now too powerful to gain any thrill from battle. Initially just a hero for fun, Saitama later registers to be a professional hero for the Hero Association and defends his home in Z-City from monsters, villains, and other threats. Under the Hero Association, he is assigned the hero name Caped Baldy and is currently ranked 7 in the B-Class.

What i love about saitamas training regiment is its absolutely achievable, i had the same regiment and even went to 200 pushups and 200 situps a day. I actually wonder how many kids tried it and achieved it.
I like to imagine it was intentionally written so the readers would want to be as strong as Saitama and actually get some exercise

Can we appreciate the man who made saitama's suit? The fact that he made a suit that could survive attacks from all kinds of monsters and even Boros is absurdly impressive
and it even recovers to full health immediately after battle😅😅
It only has 1 weakness: Fire, as demonstrated by Genos.
Then, after that, it barely gets damaged ever again.

In my opinion, Saitama is a great main character choice, he's not like the other main characters in other popular anime shows, it's because he's not a show off.
you Do know that there are like thousand of anime and manga where the main character isnt a show off rihgt!? saitama isnt the first or will be the last in implementing that kind of trope, this kind of comedic tropes can be seeing in mangas like Dr slump and a few others like it

Why not use the manga chapters for the Garou vs Saitama fight? ONE made the changes on it like from Awakened Garou to Cosmic Garou and some other stuff too. Bruh. That was kinda disappointing.
I still love that the manga fight almost ended with monster Garou and Saitama just sitting down and having a decent chat, but it was changed to cosmic Garou awakening.

I first seen this advertised on Netflix (UK) a year or so ago.
First thought was "hmm thats where the bald guy is from then" and thought that a series about a guy who can simply "One Punch" everything, would be abit dull, kind of like a series based around Game Shark or Action Replay etc
But crickey was I wrong, i REALLY enjoyed this, Im just gutted Netflix took it off, and I cant seem to find reliable sources to watch it on.
May have to get it on bluray or something so I can binge it somemore.
That was me up until two days ago this series has so much potential the humor is just freaking hilarious and the fight scenes are awesome also the story around saitamas depression and how genos is so caring i cant i love it so much you could do so much deep stuff with this if they would explore the mental health situation more and yes i binge watched it in a day

I think you really should update this, though I wouldn't call this one an update from the last one, because you didn't use the monster association arc which was completely out up until the battle between Garo vs Saitama fight, and you left out what happened after Blue's conversation with himself, which you didn't in the last update.
