31:14 THANK YOU!!! As I got order I've been seeing a lot of close family & friends falling ill or dying all due to the crappy food they eat. It's very stressful to see your love ones in that state to the point it makes me stress. It drags you to the point, I believe it's another form of crabs in the barrow. The number 1 Killers is Food, stay healthy people, try to eat clean as possible and get a checkups once or twice a year. Your HEALTH is your WEALTH. Thanks again for discussing this!

An annual physical will include a complete blood panel aka labs including a hemoglobin A1C which measures a 3 month history of how your body is managing blood sugar. If you have insurance it's apart of preventative care which is no extra charge or copay.
