Hi Noor! I had a vision of doing the stars in a contrasting color but I’m having a hard time figuring out how to execute it. I wanted to do a blue blanket with yellow stars against it for my son.
Hi Sarah! That sounds like such a cute idea. Hmm, I'm thinking you would have to switch colors in the middle of the row right before you start the star stitch pattern? So for example in this video in Row 2 you would have to tss 3 in the main color (4 stitches in the main color), then switch and tss 5 in the contrast color, switch back to the main color and continue in this way completing the 5 stitches where the stars would be worked in the contrast color and then in the next row when you do tss 5 together, you would use the contrast color again.
