Seville was on our agenda but we didn't make it there. We definitely need to go next time. Don't you just love secret treats at Monastaries? We had lots of awesome treats made by nuns. ❤

You forgot to mention the market at the basement of las Setas... well and the other markets 😅 in the Triana quarter, Mercado del Arenal and Lonja del Barranco. The last three are all in a walking distance of 20 minutes i think

@@WanderfulRevolution absolutely right! I felt really comfortable in Sevilla even travelling alone and at temperatures around 45°C. You could cleary see touristic areas but it didn't feel that way (unlike Granada). You could roam about Casco Antiguo and Triana for hours and days and come across something new like a small little bar, a band or dancer performing in the streets, small little parcs with the famous Sevilla Oranges, giant ficus trees, small gardens, nice little shops and so on. You can eat good food like it should be cooked according to professional cooking books (which was a little disappointing for me personally, but you have to know, that my father was once a professional chef, so i am used to some of the dishes even if i am from Germany and in my region we jokingly say that our highest compliment regarding food is "it's eatable". And the prices are around 4+€ lower than at restaurants in Germany. Try the local dishes with black pudding, they are really great. They are a little sweet from tomatoes or fruits like apples and raisins.)
And last but not least: DON'T make the same mistake i did: a lot of shops and especially market stands are closed in August because of the heat and holidays. I didn't see or hear any mentions here on RUclips or blogs, articles, etc.

The plaza with the tiles looks amazing!

The tiles are amazing!!!!!! There is so much of it too!!!! We could spend all day staring at the walls and ceiling!

It's not just the tiles. I went two times to the plaza in my 4 day stay. I went there in the evening an hour before sunset and watched flamencodancers and listened to a singer and a guitarrist playing along. When the sunlight vanishes and the lights turn on... very romantic
And at least one of the pictures shows a story and not history, the famous tale of Don Quixote
