Blender is free, but it doesn't mean it cannot be used in professional production, but the Autodesk lobby doesn't allow its use in the industry. Similarly Adobe, Apple lobby won't allow the use of Vegas Pro in the industry. This is a very capable software, it's not just for the beginners.

I have a question about importing video onto Vegas. When I import a video onto Vegas, the preview shows the video a lot darker than how it normally is. Is there anyway to change that?
Your videos showing most of the software in a few minutes are amazing. I have to chose between Resolve Studio and Vegas Post for the same price, 300€ (I can have upgrade price for Vegas Post + I need some advanced functions of both thoses softwares). When I watch this video I want Vegas Post. When I watch your presentation of Resolve I want Resolve Studio. So now I have to chose which video to watch again and again. 😂
@@bai in the end, Resolve Free is soooo powerful, I'm still on this one. But it's so neat and great, I just forgot about Vegas. Of course workflow is clearly slower with Resolve, but I accept it. I will buy it a bit later, developers deserve it.
16 years using Sony vegas, i still learn beginners things, lol. But i didnt understand when you have resize a clip, saying it go faster/slower, without doing a loop, what ? if i do that, my clip is cutted, it wont go faster, i dont understand if you clicked somewhere ??
Actually is one of the lightest software I ever used, for simple video editor any computer will do, you can also use proxy files while editing and render the final result full quality.
@@CarlosVGonzalez Then I think my computer is really bad because it couldn't play the video I made properly even though it was only 10 seconds, and it keeps crashing, or the program is bad since my other editor which is much better to use works very well. Anyway, thanks for the information! :)
Please do a video on how to render & edit without crashes the 5.3K from the new go pro hero 10.... I'm editing footage & the 5k render wont let me render at 5.3k on custom & the 5k render as annoying black bars at the sides, this is the same with the 8k... Just so you know my system is extremily powerfull & shod have no problems... here is my processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-10900 CPU @ 2.80GHz 2.81 GHz ....64.0 GB RAM & Samsung 970 EVO Plus 2 TB PCIe NVMe M.2 (2280) Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) (MZ-V7S2T0) which is used for the C DRIVE

I think Vegas is very old fashioned looking tool BUT it is probably still the fastest and least hardware demanding editors.

Does Vegas 19 allow you to add music to your videos? If I was using Sonicfire Pro 6 could I import the music to my video created in Vegas 19?
Yes, you can import music as long as you have rendered it.
I use Davinci Resolve and Vegas, but Vegas becoming a Copy of Resolve.... Isn't there any Copyright on Design Interface?
